All of this should have been in my chart as I was a long term patient. Went to check out and I wanted to process through the AARP. They insisted I needed to run it through my BCBS Medical deductible plan which I knew I would end up paying out of pocket as I had not met my deductible. Today I received the bill from them for $141.57 for the eye exam. When I called to discuss the situation, Karen in billing was not at all helpful, but she was rude and condescending.
