Took the truck for fear they would keep finding fake fixes and continue to charge more. . Next step small claims court. All trust in this company has been lost! I went for a 2012 Toyota Rav 4 Limited, knocking and poor acceleration sounding like a diesel truck. I was delighted to find an honest group of mechanics who took it for a test drive, found an oil leak on the valve cover, lost oil in 7 months of last oil change, busted hose and leaking antifreeze. Now what do you think that would have cost at a dealer to repair???? Paul doesn't charge you for a fancy waiting room or loaner cars so he doesn't have to jack up prices. I left with a car now in safe operating condition and within my budget. $362.00 for all of it and friendly conversation as Paul is a race car enthusiast who races up in Loxley. My husband's car had some issues and the dealership was being difficult so we decided to try this place. The owner was very informative and took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood what was wrong and the cost to repair before doing anything. Unfortunately as they worked they kept finding issues and always called immediately to go over it with us before proceeding with repairs. The staff is professional and friendly. His car is running well now and we will definitely return if we need any other repairs not covered under warranty. read more

I need valve cover gaskets replaced ASAP on my car a little while ago and my go to guy was packed so I thought I'd try here which wasn't I went in and asked for a price and they told me it was gonna be over $400 dollars and could fit me in ASAP. It then made sense why they could fit me in so quickly because they're price gouging not to mention I even had the parts for it. Luckily my go to guy had a cancellation and could fit me in and only charge $160. I will never go there again and will never recommend it to people.
