I had to pay for all this to be adjusted and was a pretty penny I had to pay. They're in a small vehicle and don't have the right equipment to handle such a job and to put things back as they were. They came that morning about 9:30 and didn't leave until that afternoon about 8:30. Worked in the dark for about 3 hours. This company is good for simple jobs but not important things like adequately performing difficult services.

Had my first and last experience with this place. Bought a car that had only been serviced by this…read moreplace and decided to stop by after work and see if anything was due on the vehicle and also to get an alignment. I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. Heard they were a good honda shop but maybe they dont work on Hondas anymore. Not sure how they fix cars if they dont take walkins and they dont take appointments. Thanks for nothing Milton Honda!
