My admission paperwork and "packet" were considerably less than I expected and took all of perhap 5 or 6 minutes to fill out. My meeting with the doctor went flawlessly. He was the kind of person you almost wished you had to see again. Great bedside manners - polite, to the point, asked the right questions, answered all that I asked. I was in and out in no time. It's 2026, all providers complete and upload online. Why? So they can charge for the doctor signature. Then when you log on EDD and view the forms, it literally will show them uploading them online later. They messed up my disability paperwork causing me delayed payments. Avoid here at all costs.

There's been a few appointments that I've had to take my munchkins with me (5 and 11 months) and he is very sweet with them and patient. Unlike many doctors I've encountered. Also I'd like to point out that the front office and back office are always SO POLITE and have proper etiquette. Which is nice because when you have chronic pain and you come across people like such, it means the world. Dezi, who is Dr Cao's right hand has been AN ANGEL to me in more than one occasion. I'm on time for my appointment, but I don't get seen until more than 40 minutes later. The waiting room is very unusually large. They have one restroom for patients to use in the waiting room, and another one inside. They are only open on the weekdays.
