Caleb and Trevor were absolutely AMAZING! I just paid off my phone installment plan with ATT and went in the same day to spectrum to change my service over. ATT was trying to make me wait two days to be able to unlock my phone and they got it unlocked right then and there. They were both scheduled to be off when I came in but worked with me without hesitation and truly seemed happy to do so. I was so happy with the service they provided. I wish they were allowed to accept tips because they deserved it for going above and beyond! 1000000/10 would recommend either of them! read more

Every night about 6pm -4am the signal becomes unreliable. You can almost set your clock by it. Worth service I've ever experienced

terrible customer service. Wait list was way too long and they didn't even have the equipment checked in that I came to return. terrible.

Lousy customer service. Very limited offerings. Poor quality. Terrible all around. Frustrating to deal with.

I returned my equipment in store and they would not provide a sheet of the returned equipment because they said it was emailed to me. I get home only to find only two of the three pieces of equipment was listed. There is no way to call someone at the store itself, and when I used the company number they took down the information and will have to investigate. This is outrageous service. Since the equipment is not on the list, how will they know it was actually returned. I would encourage anyone returning equipment to take a photo of the equipment in the store so this does not happen to you and you have proof of the return. It use to be they gave you a receipt as proof of the transaction but they said it was automatically emailed to me and sent via text. read more

I'm not a Spectrum customer. Spectrum cut my internet line while working on my neighbor's internet. I spent the day arguing with my ISP to have a technician fix my internet. I work from home and lost a days wages. My son is autistic and we were not able to receive services that day. Spectrum refuses to reimburse me for any of this. read more

Almost unbelievable incompetence from start to finish. A negative rating would be most appropriate. I would love to go into all of the complete screw-ups and complete incompetence, but it would take at least an hour to do so and I simply don't have the time--partially because I have spent so many hours trying to deal with this company and the so-called customer service. The incompetence started with the initial installation, through attempting to port over my old phone number, all the way through attempting to cancel my account when they could not even find my account with the account number, phone number, and address on file. My only explanation as to why this company is still in business is that the other options are so terrible. read more

Technician named Evin is a true testament to why I stay with Spectrum. There is a "wonderful" company called Broadband of Indiana (BOI) that is installing AT&T fiber in our neighborhood and has cut other cable lines at least 4 times now (they've also destroyed yards, driveways, and hit vehicles.) They finally destroyed our cable. I have a support ticket in with Spectrum for repair on Thursday but happened to run into their technician who was parked in his truck on a conference call. I explained what was going on in our neighborhood and he was already familiar, as he had been out there prior for the same issue with this company. Once his conference call was over, he took it upon himself to work my support ticket in today! He discovered that the cable was completely destroyed that feeds several homes, and he entered a ticket and personally contacted the service supervisor to try to have it replaced today. That folks, is what I call customer service! Thank you Spectrum for employing people like Evin! People like him, and your steady, reliable service are what keeps me as a customer! read more

The internet signal bounces all the time. Pay for a 300 meg service and on a good day may get 60 meg. But most of the time it is up and down. read more

If I could give them a negative rating I would definitely do so! Their customer service is absolutely terrible and my bill went from $80 to $120 for a $24 service that I added! Ridiculous! If I had another choice other than satellite you can bet I would definitely switch! read more

This review is solely based on the technician, Kaleb, that came out to our house. It was very obvious he didn't want to install because we had just moved in & there were boxes everywhere and because we needed him to add/move some connections. He lied and said he couldn't hook up because there was a maintenance tag on our line and he would turn in a ticket and we would need to have a tech come out while maintenance was here. I spoke to Spectrum customer care the next day and was told a ticket was never sent in for maintenance nor did they know we needed a new tech to come out. Found out there was never a "maintenance tag" on our line and Kaleb just needed to do a little extra work. I work from home and was unable to work for 2 days due to no internet. The sheer fact that this kid lacks this much integrity and still holds a job is concerning. So, if you get a technician Kaleb and he comes to your house and gives an excuse on why he can't install and how he "really hates to not do the install because he gets paid by the job" just know he's full of sh!t and doesn't want to do it because it's not a simple connection. Hopefully one day he'll grow up and learn about work ethic. read more

Would give it a zero . I pay 65 a month for internet. I lose connections several times a day . I use their equipment. They sure love sending their stupid sales mailing two or three times a week . Call customer service takes forever. If it wasn't due to work . I wouldn't use this trash . It was off the other day for hours . But my billing stays the same . Didn't see any compensation for time down . Screwing the consumer the American way. read more

I had Time Warner Cable until it was purchased by Spectrum. The service went down hill and stayed down hill. Frequently loosing Cable service or internet. I recently requested a new cable line to be installed in the center of our home so we can relocate our computer. Agreed to pay $50.00 for the service. We scheduled an appointment , next message the technician will arrive between 8 & 9 pm unacceptable. We rescheduled, this time between 8 & 9 am two days later. Technician shows up, I show him the attic entry, technician says I am not qualified. RESCHEDULE for this morning, new technician and again only one. Both times the technicians said they weren't qualified to do the job. Technicians haven't been trained to Phish a wire through the wall. I suggested drilling a hole in the ceiling and dropping the cable wire, technician says yes and his boss at Spectrum said no. Well Spectrum has rescheduled for Sunday at 9:00 am . Supposedly two technicians coming for third time. The technicians are contractors for Spectrum and Spectrum fails to communicate what we need done. SPECTRUM OVER CHARGES FOR THE SERVICES PERFORMED. read more
