Tuesday, she was redeeming her receipt for cash on the Fetch app and noticed she was charged for a Mum we didnt buy. She called and spoke with Meg (I believe) and Meg was great! She said there are times when they use the register for a price check and forget to cancel it out. She apologized a few times and was able to credit her credit card right back, no questions asked.
