Went back to T-Mobile within a few hours to inform them. I asked for my money back. Was refused, and was directed to call Customer Care. Customer Care kept me on hold, switch me back and forth. I was cut off, but I refused to give up. I kept calling, and Customer Care referred me back to the store, saying,"they will handle IT", call the store again and they did the same thing Customer Care solution was. I am a Senior Citizen, I informed the representative I was not computer literate. Apparently the same Sim Card I went in with is the same Sim card I left with, never a new card. I paid for service up to November 19, 2015, but CANNOT use it because iT was defected. So T-Mobile, WERE IS MY MONEY? Cannot afford to give away. The service was paid for in full. Give It Back. Don't Steal, don't rob from the customer, ME.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable guy, trustworthy, fast turnaround, and good prices. One repair was to my camera lens, and I was quite pleased. Second time, he straight told me what his price would be to repair it and that he'd do it, but he didn't think the repair was worth it. I agreed and got a trade-in price for it that was more valuable than the repair. Gotta respect a technician for that. Bring your devices here!
