Come to be HTC put the "Router" in a back closet and into a wall, where all the homes audio wires come in. Blocking a substantial amount of signal . Called them to relocate the Router and they told me it would be about a 140.00$ if they would have put the new service where the old one was I wouldn't have the problem, I did not have them come with that price!! We come in during the week, not around lunch hour. We have always had great reception with Verizon while friends with other phone service companies have had connection issues. The other ones may sometimes be cheaper, but if it doesn't connect reliably what good is it? We recommend Verizon.

However, on the rare occasion that I've required assistance, TWC and their folks have always been fast, capable, and friendly, from the front-desk receptionist when paying my bill, to the repair man when they once had to roll a truck to my place. After reading the other, negative reviews here, I'll say that, perhaps, I'm just lucky in my dealings with TWC; but, for what it's worth, I have only good things to say about it.
