The clerk then keyed in the exact description as mine and came back with two matches, both were over the price I paid by $100 or more. I needed the battery then so I purchased one of them for an additional $101.78 out the door. Because of their illegal 'BAIT AND SWITCH' I ended up paying $168.03 instead of the agreed on price of $66.25.

GPS told me an O'Rileys was the closest parts store. Arrived and told the young man (who I later learned was Braiden Patrick) at the counter what my predicament was. He stated by pricing brake hoses for me but said we needed to know which hose it was and offered to come out and take a look for me. To shorten the story a little, he helped determine the it was the piston that was leaking and proceeded to almost completely do the replacement job for me (in the parking lot with some sleet and light snow falling, and with tools from the store). Apple will not work on phone with second market parts. I went in with an entire Apple phone and going out with a second rate phone. Aside from that the "tech"kept saying he was "giving" me a new screen. Replacing yes, giving no. In a nutshell do not, I repeat do not go there. The other store may be okay but this one is not. They should offer either financial compensation or a new phone with all Apple parts.
