TLDR: High Quality Service…read moreFast Turnaround (within the HOUR!!) No Games High Quality (non-OEM) Parts - you'd pay a TON more and wait a few days at the Apple Store to get this fixed. Flawless Repair, Great workmanship. The Backstory: Welp.. it finally happened.. after more than a decade of using several generations of iPhones, my current iPhone 15 Pro Max (ensconced in a usually VERY protective double-layered hard rubber case) managed to find its way to a hard tile floor quite energetically, causing the front screen to crack and spiderweb. Argh! All this after a zillion other falls, I suppose the stress finally caught up to that GorillaGlass. I searched high and low via Yelp, and Fix and Go NY seemed to always bubble up to the top of the list in terms of good feedback. So, I texted these guys, and they gave me a solid quote within 3 minutes of my initial inquiry. I asked a few more questions that they answered over the following hour, and before ya know it, I was on the subway over to their store to drop my phone off. While I was there, I also decided to have them replace the original battery with a new one, as my original just wanted to quickly drain. Lastly, for an extra ten bucks, they put on a protective glass screen over my new OLED screen. They expertly applied that protective screen with NO bubbles. Not easy for the mortal man! I was back up and running within the time window promised.. I had errands to run, so I came back about 2 hours later and my phone was all set for pickup. Zero delay. Courteous attentive honest service. Epilogue: I am pretty picky, but I did not notice any degradation in display quality whatsoever. Great workmanship on the repair. The new battery holds its charge way longer than my 2yo original battery. The only thing to be aware of is that the iPhone's hardware configuration status under Settings -Battery will gently report that you have non OEM parts in your iPhone. Not a big deal to me, except maybe at trade-in time, but what can ya do.. I need my phone! lol. All said, my iPhone now works better (longer lasting battery and scratch free display) than it did a week ago even before its nasty fall. PRO TIP: Be aware they do tack on an extra 3% surcharge to your quote if you are using a credit card, but I get that. No problem. PRO TIP 2: If you have an iPhone 17 Pro, they warn that you should get AppleCare if you still can, as the iPhone 17 screens are PRICEY and shatter easily compared to my "old" iPhone15 Pro Max.

The one guy said something under his breath and the other girl just got up and moved to another table. So I walked to her table and she just pointed to the empty seat where she was sitting. I went to the other table and the man said "what" I said, "Oh hello, and good evening I'd like to return my Fios equipment" I clearly had the equipment in my hand in an open shopping bag of which I had held out in front of him where he could clearly see. He then looked at me and asked if I had the equipment. Now I was unaware that I didn't have to return all of the equipment just the big white box. He took the white box out of the bag and said "oh no I don't need any of that" he then typed some numbers into a computer. a piece of paper came out of a printer, and without even an upward glance, he handed me the paper and said have a good night. Now I wasn't expecting a red carpet or even a hug however, I was expecting some sort of, if not friendly, at least kind customer service. The time was around 7pm . I asked if they wanted the other equipment to recycle and or if they had a trash bin available to take their equipment, which had Verizon's logo all over it. He again didn't even look at me and said "No you can take the trash out to the garbage bin down the street". I walked out and I told him that I hoped he has a better day tomorrow.

I hate ordering my phone and waiting for it to get to my house. I rather just get it right then and there. I don't know any names of the staff here, but I haven't had any issues with anyone. The manager is cool too, he really seems focused on making sure things are done correctly and I like that.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time now and am happy to finally be doing it! This is by far one of the best stores I've ever visited for my phone services. The employees are just darling! They always make you feel welcomed and comfortable and always are very eager to help you out in any way and go out their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I speak on my own personal experience as well as what I've always observed while waiting to be attended to. They make you feel like your business is very important to them and take your issues personally and try to come up with the best solution for you. I've worked with 3 employees at this location the manager I'm so sorry I forgot his name but he's always there he has glasses and is always taking care of customers paying close attention to his work and making sure you leave there satisfied he is also very soft spoken & I appreciate people like that bc it feels genuine. So Thankyou! (: now the last couple off times I worked with David who has a laid back demeanor & most knowledgeable about his craft that just makes you so comfortable & easy to discuss your concerns and just feel that he will come up with the best solution for you but also give you an alternative. I really appreciate that. I also worked with Joey who is just a sweetheart and you can tell just by sharing a few words with him he loves what he does and he knows what he's doing! I love working with people like Joey bc he makes you feel like your money is being spent at the right company. I feel like Joey really loves what he does and is dedicated to making you feel like you are def at the right place for all your Tmobile needs. So like I said from my observations from the many times I've frequented this location I've noticed basically all the employees engaged in deep conversations with their customers going above and beyond for their customers. & I really appreciate that! Thank you Tmobile 116 you really are one of east Harlem's finest Tmobile stores keep up the good work & May you all continue to be blessed(:

We live in a rural area and do not have many options from which to select for internet: enter Spectrum. Of course, we experience the occasional 2-10 minute "outages;" but for the most part we have a very stable internet thanks to Spectrum. At one time, years ago, they had to work on the physical cables that connect to our house and it was a little disruptive. The outcome was a much more stable connection! I do not dread calling Spectrum's customer service. Every interaction is pleasant and informative! The staff walks you through trouble shooting steps and stays on line with you the entire time, no matter how time intensive the steps are. They respond quickly during outages and will text your phone when the outage is resolved. Spectrum for me is an easy five stars!

They have the typical process for getting on the list to speak to the customer service representative. My service is including more and more popular channels like Disney and Max. I'm learning how to use my Spectrum TV app to watch my favorite shows. During the day I've got continuous drilling from facade work on my building. Watching on the iPad I can carry it to the kitchen and the speakers are up close so I can hear! I'm still giving them only three stars. They are very good at maintaining the equipment and providing me with the remote control I requested. It's just upsetting that I pay $190 a month for WiFi and TV when TV was free when I was growing up. Cable is the only way for me to get transmission with the buildings around me and steel fire doors. I tried an antenna and couldn't get reception. I'm very fortunate I can afford to pay the bill for now. What the future of my relationship with Spectrum will be is definitely an unknown.
