I usually dread entering any Spectrum location, as the wait is usually very long and the customer service is often lacking. I have been here twice now and both visits were brief and very helpful. On my first visit, I wanted to replace a cable box that was getting so hot, I was afraid it was a safety hazard. On my second, I wanted to replace two remotes that were no longer functioning properly. The staff here were excellent and I was on my way home with new equipment very quickly. Spectrum has the worst customer service, At first Friday in Seminole at their tent , they gave me a business card with a chicken scratch phone number on it , the number is disconnected, of course, they said they would lower my bill , do you know we pay $$$$$ 3,000.00 $$$ a year for cable, our area needs some COMPETITION, to take these people out, you could buy a new car for 300.00 a month, and they want you to buy cell phone service from them, Beware, it's only for a year at that price, Boom, you will pay Triple after that, No Thanks, remember when cable was 30.00 a month, what has changed, not one thing, you still have a box and watch 3-4 channels, why do we have to subsidize all the junk, what a rip-off, we need to cut the cord, all of us, and then maybe we can start over with a fair price for services. They throttle your speed. Had a tech come and try and say my cable could be the issue I purchased a brand new cable and still is garbage internet they will say it is anything but their equipment. I have a new router better than anything they will provide and they tried to say it's old. I wonder why no one likes any of these internet companies. read more

If you like to be yelled out across the store because the sign in machine is not working and you were tapping to hard, be on hold for hours, deal with dishonest reps / supervisors on the phone, have to pay for services after you down graded your services then this is the company for you. I moved 7.2021 and it took over 15 phone calls to get my simple transfer of service correct. Went to spectrum app to make payment added a new account for the payment they took the payment for both the accounts. Refunds dept tells me After speaking to 4 reps with 4 promises to refund in 24 hours it takes 10 days. This company customer service and tech support need additional training and get on the same page about standard operational procedures. Needless to say I will be ending cable and searching for new internet provider. I'm so done! read more

If you cancel you service with Spectrum and you have 1 day of use they charge you for 30 days and if you go to their offices they say the bill was generated few days before the end of cycle and we should call billing and when you call them same thing so please watch out for the timing , I paid for 29 days of none service , I will recommend against Spectrum on all their services and will as my family members to do the same and change their providers.. read more

I went to two store sites, one in Seminole and one in Clearwater and only one sales associate in both stores had a mask. Most of the customers who walked into the stores did not have masks. It was very unnerving to watch everyone interacting. Both stores had markings on the floor, presumably 6 feet, but virtually no one was abiding by them.
