I came out of the hospital and I needed a recliner to elevate my legs and I was unable to walk. I called them up. I told them my situation -Nick was the person who answered the phone. He asked me what features I was looking for and told me he would send me four pictures of different recliners for me to look at and if I needed more just to let home know. From those four I picked one and ended up getting it delivered to me in the process. It was Nick, Rob and Bill who all helped me and they all carried on from where the other one left off with no issues. I didn't have to wait for anyone to call me back. I got my answers anytime I called. When my chair came the two delivery men, Sam and Rodney were super polite and awful nice and made sure it was all set up and ready to got before they left. He determined it was just that part that I needed and advised I could get it online for much cheaper than it would cost to have a repair shop fix it and even went so far as to provide me with the part number and told me how to do it once I received the part. He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario. It's a little late posting this because I forgot to do it when I left the store, but I hope he sees this and remembers who I am. We ask one of the guys back there and he shows us where it is and turns it on for us. We tell him we'll buy it. But he doesn't help us. Michael gets a cart, and as we are going to the front, Tony tells us to make sure we stand it upright when we transport it. He also adjusts it on the cart so that it's level and even. We tell him we appreciate his help, and we mean it. The price is reasonable, and we earn points by buying it here at Best Buy. Customer service is lacking in some areas, but Tony proves that it is alive and well in other areas. He's a five. Other guy is a 3.
