The staff is very professional and each of the employees work hard to give the person pawning their possessions what they need and ask for. While I was never guaranteed anything, I always seemed to end up at or very close to the figure that I needed. All in all, it has been a painless process, with team leaders like Brad and Kevin helping to guide me through the process. While some shops give you a ten or twenty percent loan based partially on the value of the items, Cash America has consistently given me the best deal. Combined with the customer service provided, I always have left feeling good. I trust this shop completely, as when I went back to claim my stuff, it was organized well and easy to find, plus it has always been in the same shape that I left it - if not better. Choosing any other pawn shop was a mistake and I am grateful to know now that I am in good hands at Cash America. Highly recommended for leaving items as collateral for a cash loan.
