Got screen replace due to crack screen. The company repaired screen & told me the screen was…read moretampered( doesn't crack easily). When they repaired the screen the company also messed up the middle screen sensor (didn't realize until I got home). The company told me to come back day after day to get fix. After a week I did drop the phone and bottom side crack (small crack)... Screen was not tampered (as if it was the light drop I did should not have cracked with a case ON)... nor will they fix the defected screen from the first repair. Unethical and work is awful.... Here again replace screen went in next day for them to fix the sensor on the iPhone screen and got the run around. The SCREEN IS NOT TAMPERED GLASS. The screen was already defected from day, 1 because the next day the middle portion did not work. I took the phone in the next exact day without a crack on the screen everyday they told me to come back for a straight week. 2 week came in now I have a small bottom crack and they will not fix the phone that was messed from there own mistake.

When they could not figure out why my phone was still not working. The representative was told by customer care to re install my old Sprint SIM card back into the phone. After I left the store I was informed by a friend the phone is saying the subscriber is not in service. My phone was operating fine prior to the SIM card replacement attempt. I reached out to customer service and spoke to 10 different people including 2 supervisors. No one was able to figure out the issue. Now I can not make or receive calls after I completed the factory reset that the IT Supervisor advised me to complete. They wanted to upgrade my phone and charge me for the upgrade. They did not care my phone stopped working after they changed the SIM card. DO NOT trust this MIGRATION process with TMOBILE/Sprint Horrible customer service RUN!!

My parents had only had Charter for a short time before my dad passed away. When my mom and I went to the local office to change service into her name, Terri helped us quickly and treated us with such kindness and respect. The same day, after business hours, my mom's phone service curiously went out. After speaking with two different "customer service representatives" at the national call line, nothing was resolved and it was recommended that we exchange our modem at the local office. A service call was also made for THREE DAYS LATER. As I was leaving for SC the following day, this was not an option. I wasn't going to leave my recently widowed mother without phone service. So, the following morning I showed up at the local office with modem in hand, and luckily had Terri helping me once again. I was first told that the call center was wrong, and I could not exchange a telephone modem. This has to be done by a technician. She immediately put the wheels in motion to have my mother's phone service repaired that day and assured me a technician would be at the house between 1-3:00. At 2:55, a friendly technician showed up and within 10 minutes, service was restored. As it turns out, the problem was an error made by a previous technician and it was just a fluke that the service went out when it did. It was also something the national CSRs should have been able to help us with over the phone but they were/are obviously inadequately trained, which is distressing. So, the five stars are not so much for Charter as a whole but to the local office in Stockbridge. We are thankful the issue occurred while we were in town so we could help my mom with the resolution. We also thank Terri and recommend a raise for this very kind and compassionate employee who knows how to get the job done.
