Looking outside you would think this business was closed. Weeds are growing everywhere. But once you get inside It is very clean and there are deals everywhere. Most of the employees run away and do not welcome you. But When we were over looking at the mattresses there was one employee a gentlemen who was very nice to us. The cashier was friendly. I was told I could purchase it on back order.He could not pull me up .I gave him my name,phone,email Finally he found my name in system.I paid in full for the icemaker.I when downstairs to pay for it.Cashier asked if I was picking up item.My reply was no it will be on back order.When I get home zI notice my email address was incomplete so I called Abdullah to advised email address was incomplete and I wanted to correct it. Good Morning Manager David Samela, I was in your store a couple of weeks ago (June 6, 2024) and requested to speak to you; however you were on your off day again. I attempted to contact you several weeks prior to my visit to your location and was told you were off or on vacation for three weeks. I was placed on hold for several minutes or hung up on. I went through customer service and was transferred to your store and received horrible customer service on many occasions. I was truly disappointed with the treatment I received and no return calls from you (David). I ordered a washer and dryer On April 11, 2024 and the washer was delivered and was later told that my dryer was on back order the day of delivery from the delivery guy. I spoke to you in April and you assured me that my dryer would be delivered the first or second week in May. I took your word and no feedback or call back from you with an update on my dryer delivery. I took upon myself to inquire about when my dryer that I paid for would be delivered. As of today, you have NOT contacted me to apologize for your inconsistency and professionalism. I see why there is no excellent customer service at your Stockbridge location! This is bad because you are the manager and they follow suit. They follow their leader who seems to not a have a care about business. I was at your store on June 6, 2024 and I went through HELL to find out my dryer's location and finally requested a refund since no one seemed to be any help. The only time I spoke to you was in April and you made a promise and advised me that you are new to the location which was a lie! You have been there for 3-4 years. I thought I would be fair and trust your words and keep my order for the dryer, but you are really doing bad business at the Mount Zion Location. Lord...why did I try to give this location another chance...after the fiasco of purchasing a major appliance to only have it delayed and delayed until I eventually canceled it and went up Home Depot where it was delivered in one week! I went a bought smaller items, an iPad set, speaker, keyboard and a mouse for my computer. The iPad had scratches on it and did not have the film to protect the screen and I told that to the sales person. I even asked if they sold refurbished items like other stores cuz that would explain the scratches. No answer so, I asked again and she finally answered. She asked if I turned it on and sign in the device, I said yes to turning on and no to signing in. She proceeded to test it. When it was taking some time I asked her what was going on and she said she had to make sure I don't sign into the device. I said I told you I didn't. She said you don't have to talk to me that way. Lol, talk to her like what??? I answered her questions again for the 2 time. Her energy and lack there of customer service demeanor was horrible from the gate. if I could give no stars I would! I ordered a TV on July 1st and it's been 3 weeks and no TV. I went to inquire and they all are walking around me showing no sense of wanting to check on my Television. i waiting patiently and the whole time the girl had an attitude with ME! and I'M the one waiting, go figure. I was polite until the very last minute when I asked did she have a problem with me. They are the absolute worst! never shop here. The managers didn't even stop to say how can we help you. They ALL saw me waiting and didn't offer to help. With COVID-19, I thought it best to order online and pick up. Their website noted that it was doing store pickups. I've past this store up many times. Tried it as my daughter and I were looking for a home foot spa. (Fast forward) Imaging the surprise when we drove up to a parking lot with MANY cars and people going in/out of the store constantly! (I digress...back to buying) I selected the items (for pick up) from their website, double checking items were in stock BEFORE I entered my payment information. Two hours late, I received a call from an employee stating that one of my items was not in stock; which was shocking as, again, I made sure I ordered items that were available for pick up. I stated I understood and verified the other items we available. Yes they were... Upon arrival to the store, I am told that a sales person took and item from my order and SOLD it to another customer? Odd, because I paid for the item ONLINE, probably BEFORE this OTHER customer wanted the item. Now, why would it be in the best interest or a "best practice" for an employee to commit this act when another customer HAS purchased said item in advance? This creates more headache as the other employee has to figure out what happened to said items because they were not informed it was removed for my order. It took me over 30 minutes to get my order, be told their were no replacements for my item, and then be refunded. Lesson: a store employee should not removed PURCHASED items from an ONLINE order that has be PAID for! This creates additional work for other store employees and speak to poor customer service; the other employees now have to scramble due to the selfish act of another. There was allot of issues and people trying to find answer, while managers were trying to figure out what was going on...too. This was my FIRST time ever at BrandsMart and also using their website. I am unsure if I will shop there...I'll think about it. Good morning, I'm writing to address the poor customer service from your shipping department. My wife and I purchased a oven in your store on Friday December 17th and we were advised that the oven would be delivered on Tuesday the 21st but our order was never delivered. I called the store yesterday at 4:30 and I was advised that they were running late about an hour an a half late so I stated okay. I waited 2 hours before I called back and the customer service agent stated and I quote "we don't know where your order is the driver isn't answering the phone" and that someone will call me back. We waited all night and no call back so my wife called today and we were advised that our order will be delivered tomorrow which is unacceptable we should have been the first order out today and now you guys are holding our time hostage again..I swear this is the last time we will ever do business with your company. And giving one star is giving you to much credit. .. tomorrow the 23rd. This is unacceptable we should have been the first order delivered today and now we have to wait another day with you guys holding our time hostage and not to mention we still haven't received a call from management. This is the worst store for delivery. They use a unprofessional company to deliver. I waited all day for my refrigerator and when I finally got customer service the delivery company had changed the delivery date. To top it off they left my old refrigerator on my front lawn. Then lied and said i was going to depose of the old one. I never told them anything like that . I asked are you taking it? He said yes of course. Tje said theyd be back in one week to pick it up. My HOA charged me $75 for each day it was in front of my house. Brandsmart said send the invoice to the delivery company. I sent them the invoice and haven't heard from them yet over 6 months. I had to pay to have it removed. I'll never buy anything from them again that has to be delivered. I'm giving them one star but they don't even deserve one star. They need to hire a delivery company that takes pride in their work. Not these low life lazy drop and go delivery service. read more

Although you can always find what you need in BrandsMart, there's nothing extraordinary that stands out about this location. What I don't like is the fact that you're either going to experience the sales associates that ignore you because they're too busy talking to each other or you'll run across the ones that are extremely overzealous and damn near stalk you through their section. One of the most annoying things they do is the mail in rebate so try your best to find an item that has an instant rebate instead. (It'll save you time and energy.) Overall, this is a decent store with lots of things to choose from. read more

We purchased a dryer from Brandsmart in Stockbridge! They delivered it damaged; so Brandsmart had to ship a replacement dryer because of that! Once the replacement dryer was delivered and installed, the Brandsmart employee damaged our wall in back of the dryer and he also damaged our washing machine drain pan trying to get from the back of the dryer space! The Brandsmart employee then became rude, disrespectful, and combative with us! He left without allowing us to sign the paperwork and he did not give us a receipt for the delivery! We contacted Brandsmart immediately after he left and they apologized for the treatment that we endured from the employee! However, it took Brandsmart two and a half months before someone contacted us to respond to the situation! The Brandsmart Damage Department sent us a check for $150, but when we told them that the check only covered the cost of the paint, the putty to fill in the holes in the wall, and the labor to pay the contractor to do the job not the cost of purchasing a new washer drain pan; we got no response and no reimbursement for that either! As a result of this horrible ordeal, we will not be shopping at Brandsmart anymore and we have spread the word throughout the media, our friends, and our family as well to boycott Brandsmart! read more

1st and absolute last time. Not a good experience. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Ordered washer and dryer in December. Was told dryer was on back order. Washer delivered in 12/22 and they would notify me when dryer would be delivered. March 22 received a text stating the dryer would be delivered March 23. Also received a phone call stating the same okay great. I waited all day and no delivery. No call or text. This is were it goes left and I am Not exaggerating. I Called the store 3 times and was transferred 9 times and hung up on twice. The customer no service lady and a sales rep was out right indignant as I was trying to find out how THEY made the mistake. No one wanted to take ownership and the main customer service was even worse. Finally spoke to the sales person who sold the washer and dryer and he apologized and reiterated how his peers have no work ethic. Low price means piss poor service. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and go to a competitor. Fast forward April 20 I get the call and text that dryer will be delivered the next day. Today, they deliver it and the damn delivery guy breaks my storm door as he's exiting I'm upstairs I hear a loud crack and this person leaves without letting me know he broke the glass on my storm door. I notice it a few minutes later, he's gone and will not answer my calls. Okay you made a mistake once again no ownership. I call customer non service to report and the lady gives me an email address to file a claim and seemed irritated that I asked a question to confirm the process for reporting. She abruptly hung up the phone. Let me state for the record if you want to be treated poorly while spending your hard earned money and Brandsmart then shop on. As for me I'll never return. read more

Am very disappointed with 770-389-6100 Brandmart customer service and appliance person by the name of John (he stated I don't need last name). Time of conversation was 745pm to 8pm on 14 February 2021. Issue is was on 13 February 2021 at around 10 to 11pm a Brandmart delivery person (or subcontractor) dumped 1 each refrigerator and dishwasher in our neighborhood. I explained to John the situation that no one in our neighbor had order these items and that they were dumped. After John asking me did order on line or come to the store? I repeatedly stated No the items were dumped. John told me to call corporate in Florida and let them know. When I asked for the number to Florida he stated man up and figure out how to call them. The Dishwasher was order out of the Stockbridge Brandmart due to the name on the shipping label. I told John I have picture to send and he stated not his lane he only does sales, shipping is controlled by Florida. He also stated I should not worry about the item. read more

ordered a washer and it was delivered broke. I called they came out from Samsung said what was damaged I called BrandSmart Stockbridge Ga, they eventually made it right to deliver a new one. Waited a little over a week but it was not in use since May 13 delivery original date then waited till June 10th new delivery day. Got a call at 6:20pm my delivery time was 6:30-8:30 that i couldn't get a delivery until next Thursday then changed to Tuesday. So That was not ok and I asked for next day which would be Sat June 11 he said no cause that would inconvenience the other customers and cause a riot. I said so I don't matter about being inconvenienced. I felt it was extremely unfair to inconvenience me but not others and say like take it or leave it or to bad for you. It was not good customer service from the store customer service to the delivery company of Darryl Flood Logistics. After my washer delivery I will not shop at BrandSmart and will write a review of my service! Then called today June 14 still no call or delivery of new washer called customer no service rude ass lady! Told her my number she said hold on came back to call with 11-4 delivery as though we talked about this! Emailed corporate office last week still no response!
