Brought my car in to be detailed and it was done half a$$. They didn't provide the service's agreed upon. I had to redo some of the areas that were supposed to be cleaned and detailed. I asked for a partial refund and was told they don't do that and if I wanted to bring the car back they would redo the car. Not going to tie up my car for another day. Plus I cleaned and detailed a couple of the areas they were supposed to do. There are so many other detailed out there I would recommend you go somewhere else. read more

Auto detailing service. deluxe full interior and exterior $300+ package and I still found dirt in the door jams, trim, and debris in the trunk. They said that's all they could do with the time allotted. I know I wasn't their only client of the day, but I gave them an extra hour on top of the 8.5 hours I left my vehicle with them. I was very unsatisfied. I brought it back the next week to have them fix it because they guarantee a good job. Again all I received was excuses and attitude from the technician. Most of what needed fixed could just be wiped out with a cloth with solution on it and she couldn't even do that apparently. If they explained to me why they couldn't do certain things because of the time and offered to keep the vehicle to correct the problem I would have reviewed better. The technician looked me dead in the eye and said my car was clean, when it was clearly not. This is a DETAILing place with NO attention to DETAIL or respect for the customer. My technician was Kaili. The front desk person Harmony was kind and respectful, but I cannot say the rest of the service was. read more

Motorcycle detail OMG this place is horrible!! Believe the bad reviews! Just had my harley detailed at the tube of $207! Honestly the Worst detail I've ever seen. Didn't polish exhaust or wheels. Wheels were actually dirty (I wish I could post pics here) been waiting for a call back for hours, that's never gonna happen. Dirty floorboards?? Their response "oh we had to move it around the shop". So CLEAN it again that's what your paid for!! Seriously go ANYWHERE else! Or prepare to be robbed! Did a great job cleaning ductwork, carpet and furniture. Ductwork was pretty dirty with dust and pet hair.

I would go elsewhere, not worth the hassle. After numerous phone calls and messages, I finally got an appointment 3 weeks out. Much to my surprise I was called and the appointment was canceled the day prior only to be told they are all booked up for a while. If you are looking to get your car detailed I strongly recommend going to any of the numerous other places in area. Service and quality is very poor. read more

Stopped by for the convenience since i was in the area for a hand car wash. They took my vehicle in after i paid up front and washed it. Brought it around front with water still beading on it and did not touch the wheels. My mistake for thinking a place that details cars would give me a good hand car wash. Jax does a better job for less money. Will never do business with them again. read more

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced and they had my car for 10 hours. They failed to do the windows... it looked like they just ran it through the car wash. Dirt at the seals when you roll down the window. Dirt on the windshield below the wipers. I had to wait 1-1/2 hours after closing. It was apparent that they overbooked the day and it is no fault of the detailer. Although they got out most of the pet hair (they charge extra for this) most of the plastic surfaces were drenched with armor all and not wiped off completely... I gotta say, I've had better results through JAX detailing for 1/3 the price of almost $300. I was planning on bringing my company fleet over for a lot more cars, but I just can't justify the cost for what I got. Also, I can't tell if they waxed the car at all. Sorry guys, you failed to produce the quality I expected for the price. read more

If you are looking to have your car detailed this is NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! AWFUL, awful, awful. I thought I would try and support a local business. Go with the underdog. What a mistake!! I was so disappointed. At first I thought maybe it was just me so I thought it but didn't say anything. My husband who is far less picky got into my car and immediately questioned the job. First they promised me my car by 2 pm and were 4 hours late. I called after they were 2 hours late and asked what was going on after NO COURTESY call was made to me. I was informed they were behind and it would be a few more hours and they would return my car by delivery by 5. Wrong again. Didn't see my car till 10 to 6. Everything was GREASY. Not clean. You could see literally stuff still between the seats and the console. After 2 people looked at it and said that i should come back and speak to someone about it- I finally gave in and went to speak with the manager. The manager was polite and more than agreed with me about the job that was done. He looked over my car and immediately apologized several times about the job that was done and that he would speak with the owner about it and get back to me. He even brought the kid out who was responsible for cleaning it out and corrected him in front of me about the job that was done. I left confident that something would be done. WRONG AGAIN! No call back, after a week I called and spoke to the WIFE of the owner since the owner was supposedly in the hospital and she said that she would give me a 20$ off my next service? Are you kidding? My next service, you didnt finish the first!! WASTE of money, waste of time!! BE AWARE! You could clean your care much "speedier" and "cleanier" than this place. Terrible. My 12 year old could do a better job, Their idea of interior cleaning is spraying armor all over every thing, even the dirt that they didn't clean. I've had automatic car wash's get the car cleaner then this place. Bugs on the front end, lens and mirrors. if you like to re-touch and re-clean after you pay $99 bucks +tax and disposal fees, then this is your place.makes me wonder how they are even in business. read more
