I pass multiple laundry facilities to get there, never expected to have this kind of experience there.

Additionally, this location contains a Dry Cleaners on site. This is very convenient. I love the cleanliness and spaciousness of this property--which contains many Washers, Dryers, Folding Stations, Laundry Carts and seats. Also, I love the WideScreen TVs at this location. There are plenty of ample parking spaces near the entrance, and to my pleasant surprise, this business offers FREE WIFI for its guests! Ive never been at a Laundromat that had WiFi before, so this is great!

She tried to make sure everyone was well accommodated, and even during a rush they do there best. We've been there already a couple of times and every time has been like a greeting from the friendly side of the family.

I noticed water temp was warm (I learned temp defaults to temp used by last customer) and I wanted cold water, so I push the stop button. The machine then was flashing and not allowing me to continue. Employee advised I wait for machine to reset. That didn't work so employee turned off the power to machine and we all know that means the washer isn't going to allow me to wash without putting another $10.50 in it. This is what I'm mad about, the employee could have taken $10.50 out of the bucket of quarters she had or taken quarters out of machine that I had just put $10.50 in and allow me to wash my comforter. She told me repeatedly that I had to put another $10.50 in the machine. I paid for a wash, and I did not get one. My comforter was completely dry when I removed it so it's not like the washing process had started. What business has you pay for something and not give you what you paid for? I won't be back.

This place took out my wet blankets and put them in a disgusting bag and threw them in a bag on the floor!!! Not even in like a metal bin or something! A disgusting trash bag. The girl at the front says "yeah that's what we do, if your stuff is in other people's way, people are allowed to move it!" We literally threw away our bedding. Who does that? Make sure that if you want to estimate how much you'll pay, weigh the bags beforehand. Otherwise, I didn't have a single issue and the app gives you a ton of information from status to even the driver name and how to contact him/her. Definitely on time for pick up and was even early on delivery. The folding is definitely a perk, and they even folded the way I normally do. Overall great experience.

Absolutely amazing service the first time they came and picked my loads up but when it was time for…read morethem to return it was well after their business hours and I had to call the company phone multiple times to get no answer until I remembered the drop person called from a personal cell. I reached back out them and they said they were not working anymore but it was family owned so they would make a call. They did and shortly after my clean laundry was returned. However the next time I attempted to book they allowed me to schedule on the app but no one ever showed up and none of my calls were answered. I tried for a good week straight before just moving on to a different company. Weird behavior I definitely would not recommend.
