Secondly it's been over a week and my daughter is still waiting for a call from the manager or owner named John who apparently doesn't want to speak to us because he messed up my son's boxing shorts. My daughter asked them to only clean the waist but somehow they end up with stains on the patches. My son is a professional boxer and these shorts were expensive. I love the cleanliness and spaciousness of this property--which contains many Washers, Dryers, Folding Stations, Laundry Carts and seats. Also, I love the WideScreen TVs at this location. There are plenty of ample parking spaces near the entrance, and to my pleasant surprise, this business offers FREE WIFI for its guests! The guy working there talked me into getting it washed, too, at no extra charge to me. I accepted, paid for, and dropped it off. When I came back to pick it up, the guy took my claim ticket along with my receipt and threw them both away in the trash, pulled my jacket out of a laundry bin, and gave it to me. When I got home, I noticed that my black coat was now gray with a red tinge to it. I realize now that the coat was pre-treated with a red chemical and never washed. The chemical had a strong smell to it and made the material feel flimsy. The inside of my coat smelled like it wasn't washed yet. The zipper they used looked rusted and wasn't sewn on properly to keep out rain like the previous zipper was. I returned to the store to complain about all of this, but the small Asian lady working there wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I opted to speak to the Asian guy that took my payment for the services but the lady made a chopping motion between us, grabbed my arm, and shoved me toward the door, telling me to get out. I left and warned the customers that witnessed this that if they had any issues with their clothes being serviced, they would likely be treated just as I was, and I left. Don't go to Topps Cleaners, another Cleaner is in the same parking lot behind Burger King. That cleaner actually does good work, but not Tops Cleaners. You've been warned.

She tried to make sure everyone was well accommodated, and even during a rush they do there best. My disappointment for this place troubles me because I feel as if that's what this place is stamped for in the community for (being 24/7) laundry service and with this change of hours without acknowledgment it feels as if this establishment as turn its back on the community.
