i have never had to use a laundromat before, this was the closest one local and it was horrible…read more when they say dont ignore red flags theyre talking about this place lol. more then half of the machines are out of order, no number to contact anyone and its dirty. i went at 6pm my clothes got stuck in the washer and i had no way to contact anyone!!! i had to wait until 9pm when a worker finally arrived and we both struggled to get my clothes out cause the machine i used was also broken just not marked as so!!! the lady was very sweet though hence the 2 stars instead of one. it took us about 15 minutes between me her and my dad trying to get the washer door to open but we finally got it open. she offered to rewash, dry and fold them but i declined as it wasnt her fault nor her store she was just a worker. i also had already waited 3 hrs just to even get them out of the machine. SO if you use the big commercial washers theres a switch on the back left hand top corner you have to repeatedly hit to get the washer cycle to end. the workers name is vesna and her number is 2162884155 if this happens to anyone else!!

(note: its really hard to get anything out of silk). when I picked it up, it looked brand new. Highland Cleaners may not be dirt cheap, but you can bet that you will have 100% satisfaction and your clothes will be done in a timely fashion. It is family owned and operated, so even better than supporting an awesome business, but you also are supporting the local economy!!

She was efficient, helpful, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, today's experience was the complete opposite. At 7am, I washed two kids' jackets (size 6-7) and one full-length medium winter parka in machine #16. The machine was only about half full. I pretreated everything, but when the cycle finished, all three coats came out still soapy and stained, with visible OxiClean residue. I brought this to the attendant's attention and showed her the items and the leftover soap. Instead of addressing the issue, she suggested I should've used a larger machine...even though this one was not close to full...and then implied I may have used too much detergent. Her "solution" was to run the washer empty to check for an error code before considering re-washing my items. I explained that I didn't have an extra 30 minutes to wait for that process b/c I have to go to work, and that it didn't make sense to delay resolving the issue when the results were clearly not right. She then stated she couldn't rewash my load unless the machine was proven to be broken, because the cost would come out of her paycheck. At that point, I dropped it because I didn't want her to be penalized financially...but that response alone is concerning from a customer service standpoint. When I asked for a way to contact management, I was told to leave a Yelp review instead because she had done everything she could to make me happy. So here we are. It's disappointing that after 6 years of consistent business, a clear issue with a machine wasn't handled with basic customer care. I would've appreciated a simple solution or even an attempt to make it right, rather than being met with deflection and inconvenience. I hope management sees this and reconsiders both their machine maintenance and how customer concerns are handled moving forward.

I believe it was $13. They also have free dryer days as well. I believe it to be Wednesday. But even then the dryer is 25 cents for four minutes. So the prices are not bad at all. The staff walk around and clean up the machines. This place isn't dirty at all. They also have a coffee bar here. I haven't had anything. But I'm sure it's good. I see people but it all the time.
