Took my car to get an oil change here while I was out of town, the splash board was left dragging, oil has been leaking, and my dashboard is alerting about an oil change and system maintenance. I didn't even get in the place, I had to ask which bay they wanted me in. After staring at me for over a minute, I stuck my head out the window and ask again because there were 2 people standing in 2 bays. The guy's reply was, and I quote, "just come on man". So, I replied "this is why I'm not going to have you change my oil, because of your bad attitude, which will translate to you f***ing my car up. Go smoke some more crack". Their appearance alone should warn you not to go here!!! I would like a call from the owner, so I can tell him how to accelerate his profits.....if he has any at all. Went for an oil change and they accidentally drained my CVT transmission! If that wasn't bad enough after they "refilled it for free" I didn't trust them, so went to Dyer Subaru and they drained the CVT and it was 3 quarts low. Great job "refilling" my tranny Speed Lube, so had to spend $400 for your mistake. read more

We are from out of town and dropped in today fir a needed oil change. Three employees sitting in the empty bays. My fault, I missed the directional arrows, and pulled up to the exit side of one of rhe three empty bays. An employee yelled over that I was on the wrong side, I apologized, and his retorte was, ya it figures. The head shaking, attitude and distance for a customer made me roll up my window and drive away. No issue for them, but I am sure the parent company would have liked the revenue . My son took his car for an oil change, they drained his oil and never put any back in, his engine is now blown and he had to spend the money on a new car to keep his job. Never heard back from the owner after multiple calls trying to work on a solution. read more

I dread going for oil changes cuz never know what the place will do to me so I ask for the absolute minimum work to be done. I just asked for oil and filter change, nothing else, cannot trust them with what they will do, bad enough I have to trust them with oil change but since I bought my car in 2018 they added a skid plate underneath which is a bit beyond what I can do without a lift. Anyway, it seems like they did the oil and filter but could not avoid spilling oil on my engine, because of quick jerk on the fill funnel they used. Charged $82, I guess that is pandemic price, but who knows? Will not go back there again. read more

Been coming to this location for years. even before it was "speed" lube. It was Kieths oil can. Worse experience ever! From the greeting of ya To ever been here before? what kinda oil you use Finally. stuck his head in window and said max lube? I said I guess isn't it in file? proceeded to pull my car in bay 2 and pop the hood. Nothing done for 10 mins! I was only car there I finally walked over to my car and looked underneath. The manager Kyle got the hint I guess and sent. a tech over. He proceeded to stare at under neath of car for what seemed like forever. Finally started twisting turning who knows what under car. His reaction seemed to indicate he didn't know how to take off skid plate or couldn't find the drain. I have no idea what he was turning/ doing under car Another 10 mins go by and he installed the filter and the disappeared again. I again walked over to car and stained aThe guy who greeted me was outside talking to other cars that had pulled up. He finally came over with a blue 5 gallon can and added about a third of the can and stopped. He then went to other car that had pulled in and began filling an oil receptacle in front of other car another 5 mins go by. I asked the guy. what's going on with my car? He then went back and added oil to my car. I asked the Manager what the heck is going on? I've been here a 1/2 hour and not done. He said he was training people. I asked why don't you let him finish my car before you pull him off to do something else. His response " That's how we do it! If ya don't like it Go somewhere ele! I asked for his name. He said it was Kyle and he was the mgr! I then told him No one checked the tires windshield solvent or anything! He said I'll check your tires after you pull out. Every box on check off list was checked and none was done! I'm afraid to even look under my car To see what the tech was doing under there! I pulled out and checked oil myself and it appeared full . My total time there was over 40 mins. Never treated so badly in my life! read more

I sent my daughter to this oil change location (Speed Lube 4850 20th Street, Vero Beach) for a quick and what I thought be inexpensive (or at least reasonable priced) oil change on her 2016 VW Jetta. I was very disappointed when she gave me the receipt for $118.22 for 4.2 quarts of synthetic oil and a oil filter. I have never heard of such an expensive oil change. The VW dealer only charges $59.95 for the same oil change. I called other places that change oil in Vero Beach and their prices were not even close to that amount. VERY Disappointed. read more

Took my van in there for the usual maintenance for my oil change. Got 11 miles out and my engine overheated and a head gasket was blown. I always keep my van up on maintenance due to me working in Melbourne. I have gone a few times there before for my oil change. I tried to call them about this issue and was met with a very very rude gentleman on the phone who laughed at me while I tried to explain what was going on. Even said "Not my problem shit happens" which is pretty unprofessional to me. Let's just say after this, I will definitely not be going back and now need a whole new engine for my Van. read more

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. They broke plastic attachment to where the skid plate screws into so my skid plate was dragging on the ground. Called back and person I spoke to had an attitude. Brought it back and since I was missing screws they tied up plate with zip ties. Asked for some sort of compensation since I had to take time off work and manager laughed and said he can give me 5 dollars off. My car is barely a year old. I'm sure new plastic attachment cost way more than 5 dollars. read more
