Do not use this place. I took my car here for an oil change and they over tightened the plug and cracked my oil pan. Then of course they denied the whole thing. I'm going to start a small claims litigation against them. read more

I went to speed lube on old Dixie highway in Vero beach fl on July 6 to get an oil change I was told it will be $39 and which I ended up payihg $80I noticed that the guy put smaller oil filter on my truck than the 1 he took off in about a day my truck started running really bad back firing and misfiring and everything Started acting up I did return to the service Attendant on july 8 and he debate it I went and bought the oil filter that fits my truck Which was much larger than the 1 he put on Now I'm having problems with my truck I asked to speak to the manager and they blew me off I would really like to talk to the Corporate office and show pictures and Request services for repaired on my truck read more

Had my oil changed today at Speed Lube after making an appointment with Firestone, who told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes passed my scheduled time just to get in. Speed Lube had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Kenny, Cameron and Tracy were friendly from start to finish. They're efficient and professional. I'll take my car there from now on. read more

Look, I come here because it's quick and I don't want to get my hands dirty. I've always come on Saturday mornings, and the tech on duty (same guy all 3-times) is borderline jerk. But they do a good job. They won't accept coupons off of your phone, only if printed (what year is this?), and my steering wheel is always greasy afterwards, but it's reasonably priced and (knock on wood) I've not had any issues. Will keep coming back until I do. read more

They will not vacuum your car with a service. This was a courtesy that costs them very little and I always appreciated it. I'll go elsewhere in the future because I want my car vacuumed. read more

Guy quoted me at $78 for an oil change. Made up some BS about why we owed more than other places, saying it was because synthetic. I've done my own oil changes before, I know it isn't that high. Walmart and other oil change places using fully synthetic is around $34.99 - $40. Definitely avoid this place at all costs. I mean unless you want to spend way more than the competition and pay $30+ to change an air filter LOL read more

I'm sitting in front of the place as I write this review. I pulled up, asked the gentleman (white dude with a beard) for an oil change. Asked what the price is.. he shrugged his shoulders, and said "I don't know, i dont even know what kind of oil you need"... dude was rude.. I shrugged it off, went inside expecting him to come in and tell me a price... Nope! Another woman came in as i was sitting there, and he said the exact same thing to her that he said to me.. the guy was just ignorant.. the sign says "new management"... anyways, the guy comes back, and hits me with $76 dollars for an oil change... if I would have known it was that much I would have went elsewhere....avoid this place at all costs.. they need to learn some serious customer service skills... read more

I was given a quote $59.99 for an oil change . When it was done the guy said I owed him $101. When I asked how we got from 59 to 101 the guy said "as I explained to you, that price includes 5 quarts of oil, you car took 8 quarts". (Which he didn't) I asked why he didn't quote 8 quarts, and he said "how should I know how much oil your car takes?" The guy was arrogant and well prepared for my questions and obviously hears it every day. The crazy thing is I overheard this guy trashing the previous owner (Keith's Oil Can) as a crook to another customer. I guess it takes one to know one. Will never go back and wonder if I really got 8 quarts of oil and it's quality. read more

Took my van in there for the usual maintenance for my oil change. Got 11 miles out and my engine overheated and a head gasket was blown. I always keep my van up on maintenance due to me working in Melbourne. I have gone a few times there before for my oil change. I tried to call them about this issue and was met with a very very rude gentleman on the phone who laughed at me while I tried to explain what was going on. Even said "Not my problem shit happens" which is pretty unprofessional to me. Let's just say after this, I will definitely not be going back and now need a whole new engine for my Van. read more

I wont go any where else because I trust them! They do an awesome job for a reasonable price. This last time I just needed to have filters changed because of suspected mold. Not only did they change the filters but they wiped down all of the vents and then sanitized it! They also wiped down the steering wheel etc which is routine. They also did all of the inspections that they do with a regular oil change. Jeff was awesome. I also asked him to inspect my brakes and he said I definitely needed new pads. I ended up getting brake pads from the auto parts store and Jeff said to make an appointment and he would put them on. I trust him so much more than those big places that always have big prices! read more

I went to the speed lube on S.R. 60 and was charged $102.69 for a synthetic oil change for my car. I needed 8.5 quarts of oil. Originally, the guy wanted $118 dollars. The quote for a normal 5 quart synthetic oil change was $69. Walmart is $44 for the same service. That is a $25 dollar increase. Very expensive to get oil change at Speed lube. read more

Convenient and seems to do the job but when I tried to pay with cash I received I strange reaction. Upon opening the cash drawer the attendant informed me they didn't have the correct change to give me and decided to best thing to do was to short me. Customer service culture needs to change. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD GETTING AN OIL CHANGE-WAS GREETED RUDELY WHEN I SHOWED UP-ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED-told him synthetic oil change -told me price & waited for me to get out of truck-drove it in bay & changed oil-then it got worse-drove home -went out an hour later and there was an oil puddle on my drive way-drove back to get it resolved and young attendant was very -I mean very rude- told me it was just excess on skid plate -and when I explained it had never happened before- he told if I didn't like it to take my business somewhere else-which I have done to get leak fixed - both plug &filter were leaking-very poor job -VERY POOR ATTITUDE-good luck - read more

After calling to make sure they had the oil filter for my 2014 Mercedes SL 550 on, I arrived and they began changing the oil. They drained it and removed the filter. That's when it began going south. Turns out they didn't have the filter and would have go pick one up. I was told the new filter was expensive but I was stuck. The guy came back in about a half hour and installed the new filter. Added the oil and handed me an invoice for $188.81! They hit me $40.00 for the filter alone. I wrote an email about this to Speed Lube and also did a scathing Google Review. A couple days later I get an email from someone at Speed Lube saying they don't mark up prices on filters. Incidentally, that is a lie. The Mercedes Dealership in Fort Pierce charges $27.50 for it. As a matter of fact. Mercedes charges $155 for the oil change. Too bad I didn't check them sooner. Anyway, I won't ever be going back to Speed Lube and I would urge anyone seeing this review to also stay away. Maybe if they lose some business they'll start being more ethical. read more
