I've had a shipment "out for delivery" on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Now, it's scheduled for Tuesday. They've had the package since Thursday. It was never scanned as undeliverable. It would be scanned out for delivery and then a few hours later, or the next day, would be scanned back into their hub in Carson CA. I've already provided them with the gate password for my apt. After entering my apt, instead of delivering the goods to my home door, he dumped them under the public mailbox of our apt, took a photo, and claimed it was delivered. I've had multiple deliveries from speedx, over the last two years. The first few deliveries were fine. For the last year I dread seeing that, Speedx is delivering my package, because there's always an issue. Yesterday the driver claim to have attempted to deliver my package at 8pm, said that the package was undeliverable. However I have a ring camera and there's no footage of anyone attempting to deliver any package. The rescheduled delivery isn't for another 3 days. I also had a package delivered on friday. It was out for delivery at 7:30 am. I received it at 11pm. It seems they're over working their drivers and the drivers can't make the cut. So customers suffer. It happens all to often. I made a video about my dissatisfaction last year, it's still getting comments because everyone is complaining about speedx's poor service. Tiktok needs to stop using Speedx or I may stop ordering. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. We keep getting "delivered" messages or "not delivered because no one was there" messages. They even left a package outside at an old, abandoned building about a half mile away with "proof" that it was delivered. They have no phone number (it's disconnected - surprise! and their messaging system is useless. We've been waiting about six weeks for the latest delivery snafu with them to get straightened out. Hopefully, companies will stop using them to ship with and they'll go out of business as they deserve. I gave them one star but if I could, I'd give them negative 5 stars. read more

SpeedX driver seriously threw my package at my door. Then walked over to another box sitting on my porch delivered by a different courier, looked at it, kicked the box, breaking the porcelain doll inside, and then left. ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA!! I emailed SpeedX Customer Service 11 times between Sept 26th-iOct 9th with nothing but blow off responses saying they will get back to me. This was my first order from Shein ever and what an awful experience! I had a delivery date of May 13th and had no updates on why it was late. I contacted SpeedX to try to get an estimated delivery date and was prompted to customer service AI. I request to speak to a representative and I was supposedly the second person in line and it estimated a wait time of 7-9 minutes. No one every come online to assist. I waited more than an hour and twenty minutes and all it said is, "an agent will be with you shortly". No one ever come online. This is the worst customer service. Who ever is the employee delivering to San Ramon should be fired. Two times this week (one of the deliveries occured july 25 2025 in the evening) they and threw my package on the street. I checked the tracking and realized it was delivered on my own and within less than 8 mins after they claimed to have delivered the package, it was gone. Also mysterious how it was the only activity on my ring camera that was not captured that day but every other movement in front of the camera was detected. Speedex is a company I've never heard of until now. I placed a pretty large order with Shein and was told my order would come in separate shipments. I received 1 item as promised on July 26th and was advised that my other items would ship by the 31st. Well after receiving that 1 item. The tracking was updated saying that all my items were delivered. Which was false. I tried contacting Speedex and was unsuccessful, I emailed Shein but they never responded. I contacted Cash App who I used to make payment through and they responded the next day saying my dispute is denied. I won't take this lightly and I have emailed them refusing to accept this outcome. Showing them that I didn't receive anything except 1 item and Shein is falsely giving them information but not responding to me. That Speedex is a criminally corrupt company and if it was delivered there's no photo proof and or I just don't have it. Quite possibly the delivery driver is lying and has my items because I don't have it. I told cash app that they shouldn't allow overseas company unethical practices to Trump our fair customary customer service. That Shein is on notice that Speedex isn't a professional courier and continue to do business with them at the loss of their customers. If I don't get my money back I'm definitely going to find it in my power to make all parties liable. read more
