Again I was here for an Amazon drop off return. I do like that i don't have to pack anything. I just show up with the item and they scan my QR code, hand me my receipt, and off I go. When I went, no one was there. The clerk was nice and processed everything quickly. Definitely nice to be able to do Amazon returns for free here. Horrible customer service. Tried to also drop off prepaid and posted USPS was assured that it wasn't possible because "they are not a post office" and have "zero affiliation with USPS." Two employees seemed annoyed and were not interested in assisting me further. Do a lot of shipping with my business and haven't had this issue with any other stores. Ended up dropping off at a different UPS store and even chatted with employee about bad experience at this place. read more

I work for the "other guys in purple" but I needed a notary for some important documents that needed 4 witnesses. The notary was so patient and she pointed out mistakes in the document so I was able to correct the errors. They had a steady flow of customers but the notary stayed focused on us until we got it right. She was thorough and kind and most of all patient with us dealing with a potentially complicated process. They social distance and clean surfaces in between customers! Rip off for passport photos. Google search has ups store base price as $11.99 Called the hub in Fremont to confirm was quoted $12.99 ok dollar not much. Cheaper than kinkos. Went to mission because thought it might be more convenient since the hub gets packed. Store was empty but wanted $15.99 Forget it went to fremont hub store these guys are price gouging on photos wonder how much more they marking up their other services. read more

Shipping something and was assured that it would go out that day and be to the recipient the next day. This was at 3:25pm, and I was told that the next day pick up was at 4:30pm. Checked to see if the package was tracking, and no. It still only listed as having the label printed. Called and was told the person that had helped me was in training, and that he shouldn't have said that because the overnight had already been picked up that day. The manager, Amy then told me the store was busy (I was the only one there, and saw no one else at all, and she had not been there at all that day), so the man working didn't have time to package it until the next day. And later, it was confirmed that the store didn't print up the label until 12:20 the next day. Why lie? Why not admit there had been an error? It doesn't sit well when we're using their service to ship valuables. They don't own the shop on Argonaut, so I will keep to the hub. read more

Went in to mail a return order. Turns out it was a USPS return but the clerk there went above and beyond to help me print out the label and attach it to my package so I was ready to drop it off at the post office. I will definitely use this store from now on for all my shipping needs. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is always happy. Highly recommend them! read more

Did I ever think I'd be leaving a review for a UPS store? Nope. But the people are so friendly here and it's just all-around very pleasant and efficient handling packages at this place! I typically come to drop off Amazon returns and they make it super easy. Best part is I've never had to deal with much of a wait; a trip to this UPS store is always really quick. The store itself is situated in a little plaza with Lucky's, the Daily Bagel Cafe, Starbucks, some fast food places, and various local shops. Pretty convenient if you're looking to buy some quick groceries or grab a cup of coffee while you run you package-mailing errand. Although there are other UPS stores nearby, I think I'll keep coming back to this location just because I've always had such a seamless experience here! read more

Saved our night! After dealing with nonsense customer service at Staples in the hub we came here and found warm, helpful staff. The person serving us (the daughter of the owners) helped me, paused to rapidly help six other customers and then swooped back to me and my janky USB stick problems. Exactly what should have happened. That's real customer service. She treated me and ALL the other customers with equal attention, helpfulness and kindness. I went there to return 2 packages. The young , rude woman looked at the top passage and said, " this is postal service". No eye contact, no empathy, she did t even look at my other package. So I tried to drop off my packages at the post office, he said " this one is UPS but the other one I can send off for you". I said thank you. I then went back to the UPS store and told her this package is UPS. She rudely said, well I didn't see the other package" She gave me my receipt with no word, went to the copy machine and made copies. I said you don't need to make me a copy( it was international and needed to pass customs). She said I'm not, this is for our records I stood there thinking I needed something else from her. I come to this UPS store for my shipping needs often. The owner Panna is a class act and always takes good care of you. Last visit I came to ship off my AT&T internet old cable box back to AT&T, it's free to do so at UPS stores anywhere. Panna always has stuff handy for you to use for your shipping needs inside the store as well, and can even tell you how much something will be based on the weight, size, & where it's going to. Bad experience - this store clearly overcharged while did not deliver on time as promised. I dropped off a priority letter (in USPS envelope already) to Sacramento) there on 10/20 afternoon, I was told it would be leaving on 10/21 and arrive on 10/22 guaranteed. Instead of USPS standard charge of $7.50, I was charged of $17.00 for the same service. In reality, the letter did not arrive until 10/23 instead. BTW, this is not the first time I had such experience with it and I would seriously think it over if to use it again just for convenience purpose. read more

Just went into the store for a small print job, and I've honestly never been more impressed with a business nor did I expect it at a UPS store. Just like all the other reviews rave, the customer service is definitely what puts this UPS store worlds ahead of any other print shop in the area. Their prices and services are exactly the same as every other ups store, but the way you get treated her you would have never expected it to be a simple Print/Mailing Shop. I came in to print just around 20 PDF and Microsoft word files, and because of a tight schedule I called in at around 5:30PM. I ended up e-mailing my document at 6:00PM and got in around 6:15PM and not only did the two employees not rush me out or seem pressed for time at all, they were extremely friendly and helpful with my print order. We ended up having some issues with the color printer, and the job took a little over 15 minutes, but not only did they not charge me for my e-mail not coming through( they usually charge 2.50$ to use the computer to print documents), they also helped me configure my pages to just the right size and format. Had an absolutely amazing experience here, and will definitely be using this UPS store to print anything and everything I need from now on. As for prices: $0.59/page for color pages &0.19/page for B&W The prices aren't amazing, but once again, that is set by UPS and this place is definitely worth the price with the way you are treated. read more

This place is horrific. The woman that helped me told me countless times that my envelope would be delivered by Thursday 4/7/22. This is what happened. I called and asked her what my options were. She told me some really ridiculous priced options but then said for $13 it can be delivered by this Thursday 4/7/22, if I make it in before 5pm. This all happened on 4/4/22. I got there at 3:40pm and asked her again when it will be delivered. She straight up looked me right in the face and lied telling me it would be delivered by "this Thursday 4/7/22". Well, all she did was take my money because it didn't get there by Thursday, or Friday, or Saturday, or Sunday, or even the scheduled Monday (according to the updated tracking). Now I'm screwed. People that lie in the face of others are the biggest cowards there are. read more

She, along with the other employees seemed to really know what they were doing. They were vigilant and seemed to take care of all of the customers' needs with ease. I had a mailbox here for more than two years. Moving across the country is the only reason I shut it down - otherwise I might have renewed indefinitely. The first time they impressed me was maybe the 3rd or 4th time I walked in and the staff greeted me by name. I hadn't thought I'd visited that much during business hours (I paid to get a key/have 24-hour access), so I thought it was super nice that they'd made the effort to remember me. Every once in awhile, I'd come in and ship something. Panna or one of the other staff members would not only help me pack things securely, but figure out the best way to ship to meet my timing and tracking and budgetary constraints. The best experience (so to speak) was related to my recent move. I moved across the country and wound up shipping most of my belongings. Panna patiently helped me pack and secure everything, fill out the paperwork and tracking details, and get it sent. More than 10 boxes and a couple hundred pounds of stuff, and it all got to the other side of the country safely! I'm sure you know how stressful moving is. Multiply that by 20 when it involves moving to the other side of the country by yourself! Panna's kindness and patience and willingness to help did a lot to ease my worries. And if she hadn't already gone above and beyond in helping me get my stuff shipped, I have received a few letters at my new address that she thoughtfully marked for forwarding (since USPS won't forward a mailbox). She kept the address I'd shipped all my boxes to in her system. She could have shredded it or marked it "return to sender", but even though I'm no longer her customer she made sure I got something important. Trust me when I say you're in great hands with Panna and her team. And this is my first review in a couple years - it was that important to me to share this great experience. read more

Fax machine on other end was busy for a while, but the lady worker kept on trying until it was sent successfully. It ended up getting sent 2x but I was only charged for 1. This UPS store was owned and run by a lovely woman, who sold it. My experience this past week was disappointing. Although I paid 29.55 to have a parcel sent to Montana in a 2-day air shipment, it still hasn't arrived there. It was misrouted in Sunnyvale CA. The reason for this poor review is that the owner refuses to issue a refund saying that I should have sent it ground as UPS is not guaranteeing delivery by a certain day. The bottom line is that the delay was caused by UPS error, not by weather or other circumstances. If you absolutely need to have a parcel arrive by a certain day (or even within several days after that day), you should go to FedEX. After all, UPS is not guaranteeing delivery, even if you paid 29.55 I will never step foot into this business again. read more

This is the best UPS store that I've ever encountered in Fremont. Customer service is huge for me and I can tell you that every single individual in this store treats all of their customers with genuine care. Jerrick and Charlene have always been extremely helpful whenever i have packages to drop off. They are both so pleasant to do business with and always acknowledge me whenever I walk inside the store. The owner, Panna, is also extremely personable and goes out of her way to make you feel special. The fact that she remembers multiple customers by their first names shows a lot about her character and how much she truly values her customers. I would recommend anyone to come here if they truly value an honest, reliable, and great business to take care of their shipments. The store is also very clean and located around other great stores in case you want a bite to eat after! Came in to get a package shipped for Mercari. Called before hand to confirm they can print label and ship. Go in and $2.50 to use the computer for less than 2 mins, .21 cents for the printing, and $4.21 for a box and them to tape it. and they waited til after I paid to let me know they can't even ship it and I have to take it somewhere else. read more

Checked yelp and found this branch since the one closer to us had 3 stars, drove over to this one which had 5 stars.. After walking through the door I could see why ,store is very clean and organized. And both employees panna and james drop what they're doing to greet and assist me. Since I was there to ship a pair of shoes they didn't stop trying till they found the right box (since I still wanted it in the shoe box)for me, james even took the time to explain the different shipping options I had from the 3 days to next day shipping.. everything was great and add the very friendly environment. They deserved every star they got. Additional Note. Told them earlier that their business hours were'nt shown on yelp after checking back now business hours are posted. Fast, Friendly service. This particular location definitely exemplifies the UPS TV ad for small-business owners who do it all. The staff is really an extension of my small business, which is a small boutique eCommerce shop - I ship and receive mail here, I can print from a USB (including color printing), they have all the supplies I need and a small raised work space for me to open or pack. The owner - Panna and the staff always greets me with a friendly smile. Yes, this is definitely an extension of my small business. I used to work in a regular office, and the only thing missing from making this a office is a pot of coffee :) but this location is a few steps from a coffee/ bagel shop so that completes the picture. I used to use a time shared office at a cost of couple of hundred dollars a month but I realized I don't need it anymore. THANK YOU! read more

Awesome experience with Panna and staff here at the UPS Store on 40087 Mission Blvd They are WONDERFUL Conveniently located near Hopkins Middle School and Mission San Jose High School, too for busy parent handling multiple errands in the afternoon All of their attentive, friendly and efficient staff handle my business so so smoothly. I love how they greet me by my name and offer to hand me my mail so I don't even have to find my mailbox key on keychain already loaded with keys. They sell a nice assortment of stationery and office supplies and they have two solid copy machines available that do color. BONUSES - a very nice standalone computer with it's own printer AND.... .Panna, the owner/manager, is a Notary Public and familiar with all manner of documents so you really can do EVERYTHING at this store!
