They gave me options and advised me with what they thought was best (all via email - yay no phone calls). They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Cost: The cost seems fair and reasonable to me. There are probably some big brand stores that might be a little cheaper but not enough for me to make the switch Location: The new location feels huge and spacious which is always a plus Personally I don't love their parking lot here but that's just because I'm bad at parking

I called in, spoke with someone very accommodating, told me to bring in my Polaris slingshot, 30 minutes later, I was there. Arrived, Spoke with Jay, (Very Nice guy), seemed to know his business. We spoke in detail about the work I was wanting done, and the areas I wanted it placed on the vehicle. This was a Thursday, He informed me he would have proofs for me on Monday. Sounded good. Monday came, I called in the evening @ 4 P.M to check progress. No proofs. "I've had a few walk in's today that backed me up". Ok, Cool. I'm good with that! Tuesday came and went, I didn't call or bother Jay. Wednesday Morning I called @ 10:30, Same thing, "They didn't let us work late last night, and I had walk in's that kept me busy". I asked if I should see proofs by the evening, "Yes, Of Course. Ill have it done no problem". Wednesday evening, No Call, No Email. I've cancelled and decided to go with another shop. I'm not bashing the business. It looks to be the absolute largest and most professional sign shop I've ever seen. Business must be great. Said it would take three business days. I called the next day. They had not worked up my prototype. I called again the next day and they said an email had been sent to me to approve the form. I had nothing that said Houston Sign Company. Called again and they said the email was from an individual. All the trash emails I get and they think I'm going to know who this is? I found the lady's email and approved it. Three business days later I called to set a time to pick up the signs. They said they had not even started on it. They sold me a product they did not have. I said "Why didn't you call me?". She said they sent me an email. Why would I be looking for an email. I never found the email. They should have called me. I approved new materials. Because of the screw up on their end, i asked that they expedite delivery. I requested next day. They refused me and took three full days. Because of their screw up I could not get the signs to my friend till the next week. What I thought would be simple turned into a big project because of Houston Sign Company. Not using them again.

I had a problem getting them the right picture, had problems with my email all at the same time and was told that they get many emails a day and have no issue and that I am the issue. Got to tell you, when someone works for me and I pay them money, I really don;t need to be insulted. Therefore I am taking my business elsewhere and taking the time to give these people a not so good rating. They say the only thing worse than no business, is too much business and that seems to be the case with these folks. Good luck to them in the future, but they will see none of my money now or in the future.

I reached out to AlphaGraphics and asked if there's any way they could do a prayer card with a picture and laminated all by the funeral Friday. Their communication was excellent, they understood I was going through a very difficult time and were patient with me and made sure I was happy with the design before printing. The cards are perfect and exactly what I wanted and such a special tribute to my brother.
