I arrived on time and I was greeted and dealt with immediately. After checking in, it's time to play the waiting game. I was told it would take two hours to complete my XT6's service. Honestly, two hours isn't bad at all considering the time it takes to take off and put on four new skins. Then with their free 4 wheel alignment and free synthetic oil change all within that window is quite amazing. Their customer service team seems well put together. Everyone is kind and attentive to every customer's needs. I highly recommend Tire Discounters for your vehicles needs. Well, after 2 1/2 hours, Logan just notified me that my complementary alignment and my complementary synthetic oil change is bit behind schedule. I've got another 1 1/2 hour wait. Not what I was expecting. But, getting my four wheel alignment is very important to me with my purchase of new tires. I'm not thrilled with the extended wait time, but I feel it's still worth it. I live to far away from Somerset to reschedule, come back and then wait again.

THEY FOROGT TO TIGHTEN DOWN ALL BOLTS TO THE TRANSFER-CASE. Completely loose transfercase and it broke the plate again and leaked all fluid out and burnt up my transfer-case and transmission! Owner said he wasn't gonna take blame because I should have "checked over him". They didn't want to pick it up or anything. Quality and value of customers clearly isn't on their charts.

My car fender was damaged by road debris. Right fender had to be replaced and the doors on the…read moreright side had to be repainted. Pros: Got an estimate for insurance in just a few minutes. Excellent body work. My car looked like new when finished. Cons: Took 3 weeks to get an appointment to start the work. To paint the doors, the door handles had to be removed and when they were reinstalled none of the electronic door functions worked (keyless entry, power locks, power open/close). When I pointed out the issue they did a quick test to confirm the problem then just told me they did know what the problem was and could not fix it. They told me to contact my insurance and get permission for more work from the local dealership. It took another 2 months and several visits for the dealership to schedule the work, diagnosis the issue, order 2 new door handles and replace the handles. My insurance covered it all, but it was a long and frustrating experience.

They sell tires as well. They found a diamond ring down in the dash once when they had to remove the dash to fix the heater core. They could've just kept the ring because I didn't even know it was there but they handed it to me.

I brought my 2021 Cadillac XT6 in for repair. I was referred to them by CarMax. Fox Total Car Care confirmed with me they'd honor my MaxCare warranty. The service writer mentioned to me they really don't like to take on these warranty repairs because the insurance companies are so slow to pay. I showed up 30 minutes early due to the snowy weather, my appointment was scheduled at 9am. They took my info minutes after I walked in and at 9am, the service tech introduced himself and asked me all of the pertinent questions for him to begin to troubleshoot my vehicle. I must admit, I'm not used to folks being so kind to start a Monday morning. Fox Total Car Care took about 3 hours to diagnose my vehicle's issues. Unfortunately for me, FTCC could not fix my XT6 due to Cadillac's proprietary software upgrades. They fully explained their inability to fix my vehicle. But, the owner personally spoke to me with a full explanation and I'm very satisfied with that. I wish they could have fixed my XT6, but I understand why they could not.
