Seems like every time I pass by going to wash my truck they have it closed off. I pay monthly but last 3 times I've went to wash my truck cones were placed out where you can't pull in but others are washing their vehicles and vacuuming them out. read more

Prices are too high. Vacuums do not work. Overall vehicle still dirty after go through the car wash.

I had damage to my headlight assembly on the passenger front side and it was like this when I purchased the unlimited shine package then I have the rudest manager I have absolutely ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life talk to me like a dog and when I demanded a refund he got even more obscene and rude with me I will not ever go back this is the second time I've had this experience at this same car wash I tried to give it a second chance and again this is my result I do not recommend getting anything there the first time the car wash had left small swirls on my paint on my car this time it's just absolute ignorant management and terrible customer service. They have two car washes, one with soft brushes and one with hydro powered. We used the hydro powered one and it worked very well. We had the undercarriage of our vehicle cleaned as we drove up into the washing bay. There is plenty of power to wash the salt of off you vehicle and we got a shine as well. On the way out you pass through a dryer so the water is pushed off of you vehicle and you don't have to worry about it icing up. We were very pleased with the clean and shine of our vehicle. We will be going back when our vehicle is dirty. Also you buy gas you can get 10cents off per gallon. Win Win. jw. read more

I've been a customer at the speed wash for years, and I have never in my life been treated like how I was last Sunday, I've spoke to a lot of people at the Bowling Green properties and talked to the nicest manager Michael, but the district manager decided to believe on his racist manager at the Somerset property, no problem, if they don't want our business that's absolutely no problem, but I would however like to talk to the owner of the speedwash business, if you all could send over his contact information that would be helpful, because profiling me and my young son isn't a very good thing to do, and on top of that I've asked some other people on what they thought of the manager at the Somerset property and all of them, that I have spoke with had the exact same problem, what's even funnier is that they are also people of color. The district manager also needs to brush up on customer service, I've run and own hotels all over KY in Bowling Green, Somerset, and Louisville, KY and also have a lot of my friends that go to this car wash, but after hearing about how me and my son were treated at the Somerset property by the manager there, and supposedly the district manager. It goes on to say how you all treat people of color. So I would love to speak to the owner of this car wash business as soon as possible because even the district manager escalated the situation even more! read more
