I really don't care about the 9-cents I was overcharged but here are few questions: Why are you hiring people for these positions that cannot do basic math either in their head or with a computer/register? Why are they rounding up 9-cents instead of rounding down 1-cent?, it is not me that is out of pennies, and I believe I am still the customer, although not feeling like it. And maybe the most pointed question, if you as a company are adopting this no penny policy, why have you not put in place software updates to automatically adjust for the rounding, since your employee(s) are not able to accomplish this feat?
