Was so hoping this coffee would taste good. I felt that it had a sourish taste to it. It was not very pleasing to taste. I got the iced coffee with cream. I was just traveling through the area and saw this coffee shop. I always like to try love. So I'm glad I did stop but definitely would not get the iced coffee again. I would give them one more try and maybe try their cold brew... The shop itself was very clean, and the staff was friendly enough.

Let me first say I was shocked this coffee spot was still open at almost 8pm! I was happy though because I really wanted a smoothie and this was the closest spot. I love to support smaller businesses over the big companies, so here we are. Their menu was so cute and everything looked good. I was tempted to get the blueberry pomegranate smoothie but my love for peach overpowered. This was a seasonal item so I decided to try. The associate was really nice and signed me up for their rewards program. The peach smoothie was not too sweet, very "smooth" and got the job done. I've been to places where the ice isn't fully blended in, so I was happy. I will definitely be back to try some of their other items! What I got: -medium peach smoothie with whipped cream (~$6)

Fun busy corner coffee and treat spot, plenty of parking, some fun restaurants right next door that looked popular with lots of traffic bustling in and out as I tried to find a way into the Five Lakes parking lot, I ended up parking right next door tempting myself to get some Mexican too. The atmosphere is bright and casual. Displays present all sorts of familiar sugar options. Menu gives very basic predictable Starbucks and Dunkin style drinks. I felt basic and did a caramel vanilla latte. Staff was friendly and quickly brought out the Java. Good votes for clean bathrooms here too, outlets right at the tables, and possibly some of the best music playlists any study and work vibes could order. Have to note those excellent items before throwing down on the espresso, it tasted absolutely diabetic. So sweet my teeth about hurt, I cannot fathom any decent caffeine connoisseur wanting to finish a latte like this. Sure the vanilla and caramel combo speaks of a sweeter pallet but I've had plenty to know the espresso will still shine through and balance out syrup with bitter. Nothing of a sort here, I had to save half for the next day. Not even sure there was real espresso in my latte, didn't taste coffee at all, I suppose this place is for those who do not like coffee but want to pretend they do.

    Enjoy a sunny cold morning.

Great place to meet and enjoy coffee with friends and family! Prices are decent and pastry selections were great.

Went here because we got a coupon in the mail. Went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly and patient and the menu board was easy to read. Once ordered we drove up to the window and paid. The small smoothie tasted much like a strawberry shake from McDonald's, my daughter said it was ok but wouldn't order it again and at $5 I'm glad she'll pass. I ordered a decaf americano XL and it was $4. Very strong and a tad bitter. But it was decent. I've personally had better. It was also served Luke warm and I like my coffee very hot. Easy parking lot to get in and out of and from the drive thru window the store looked clean behind the counter. Brand new design inside and clean decor. They sell pastries as well and the menu is your basic coffee tea selling points along with smoothies and some breakfast items. Staff wore masks but did not wear gloves and they all seemed very nice and well trained. They were knowledgeable about their coffees too. I'd prob go back for a drip coffee. I like the fact that at anytime during the day I can order decaf. Which is very nice. Def a must try. It's a chain but Fort Wayne workers are employed there.

A fun destination and one of the best coffee spots in Fort Wayne. Fun beverages, retail merch, and love the Keurig options for home.

I honestly have yet to taste chocolates as lovely and refined as Debrand's. If you're looking for something special, memorable, and indulgent... this is it. (Grainy, greasy chocolate-like substance? Hard pass.) Chocolate I do like: Peanut butter cups! But they need to be made with real chocolate (sorry, Reese's) and they need to be big, so that there's an almost equal proportion of peanut butter to chocolate. Milk chocolate peanut butter cups are great, but dark chocolate ones are even better. I got a huge dark chocolate peanut butter cup to take back with me to my hotel, which happened to be around the corner. It was so silky and smooth and just what I wanted. Kilwins is the place to find all kinds of chocolate treats, plus things like popcorn and peanut brittle, gourmet marshmallows, food gifts and lots more sweets. They also have a full ice cream parlor in the shop, where you can get ice cream by the scoop or made into a sundae or milkshake. The employees were super friendly as soon as we walked in and offered samples of the different ice cream. I settled on the three rivers ice cream, which was clearly one of the best ice cream flavors I've ever had. There was a perfect blend of cream and sugar in the ice cream. The waffle cones are also embossed with the company name and are made fresh. The waffle cone itself was also probably the best in the Fort Wayne area. It had the perfect taste And texture to the cone. The only reason why I could not give it five stars is it is quite pricey, but what isn't in this economy. If you're ever in this area and want dessert, this would be a place to try.

His current venture, Bistro Nota, is great, but has a couple of flaws. First, let's talk about what's good. Mainly it's the food, which is uniformly and consistently excellent. Flavors and textures are spot on and portions are generous. The wait staff are well-trained, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. Decor is basic, but the room is comfortable and the background music is well-chosen and at just the right sound level. The flaws are mainly two. First, the menu never changes. We've been patronizing the restaurant since it opened and are getting little tired of the same offerings. And for a person like myself, who doesn't eat red meat, the selections are even more limited as beef plays a major role on the menu. My conception of a fine dining restaurant (I don't know -- maybe Bistro Nota doesn't see itself as that) is one where you are offered a chance to discover something new at every visit. Bistro Nota doesn't fill that criterion. Second, the dessert menu is abysmal. Typically you have the options of a chocolate chip cookie or a blondie. From time to time the restaurant will offer a "special" dessert (there was a tasty pot de creme a couple of weeks ago), but they never stay around and you have to be pretty lucky to be there when one is offered. For a restaurant with such high quality apps and mains, the limited dessert menu seems like a major flaw. Right now Bistro Nota is very good, really nice, a reasonable option for those looking for some really tasty food. With some attention these two criticisms, Bistro Nota could really elevate itself to something special that would rival anything to be found anywhere in northeast Indiana.

It was alright -- nothing special, but given the size and volume of the place, I don't necessarily expect everything to be made completely fresh to order. It did the job. The service was also just alright. My interaction with the barista/bartender was brief and unfortunately a bit stale. She wasn't rude, just not particularly warm or memorable. Overall, it's a convenient place with a lot of options, but the experience itself was pretty average.
