Not sure what happened to my prior review. However, this Biggby Coffee meets the standards of the other stores. The store is small and open. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and fully of great recommendations. I'm honestly not a coffee drinker or a fan of these types of drinks. In this occasion I tried the mellow hot chocolate. It was very good! Very smooth, creamy and marshmallow tasting. It wasn't burning hot so I was able to start enjoying my drink right away. read more

The employees are tip entitled and spiteful. After not leaving a tip they proceeded to mess up our drinks. They left full Chunks of ice in our drinks and didn't put our 4 drinks into a drink carry.the They didn't offer one. We had to say something. I didn't get any extra shot of espresso like i paid for. I love biggby! They are a little different from your normal coffee chain restaurant. This location offers limited seating on the inside, but they do have a drive thru! Even if you're not a huge coffee fan, they offer teas, refreshers, smoothies, and other non-coffee type of drinks to pick from. read more

First of all. I got some macaroons expected what I was seeing out was a display set up. Macaroons are supposed to be kept at least chilled if not frozen. I was handed a coffee cup with five that were left out and super squishy. I couldn't bring myself to eat them. Secondly the girls who work in this place are so rude. Not only laughing at people who ask simple questions like if their bathroom had a lock or not. And even talking amongst themselves after people had walked out judging their clothing, makeup and hair. I felt like I was transported back to high school listening to these girls talk it was horrific. I can only imagine what they say about me when I leave. We love Biggby! Glad to have more options near us other than Starbucks. The service is great and drinks have a lot of variety. They also have sandwiches in the most delicious bagels from NY. I've never been here but I met a few people for coffee. I had some coupons too. Glad I did. They're a little expensive for their 20 oz specialty coffees. Since I usually order tea and paid $3 for a 20 oz I was shocked it didn't come with free refills! Really. It's hot tea how much could that cost besides the tea bag. Beagle sandwich was $5 and came with a smear of cream cheese a small half slice piece of cheese and one small piece of meat. Nothing hung over the sides of any bagel I chose and it was slightly toasted. The tea was really hot which I like and it was meh ok tasting. Lacked strength tho. It was very weak even tho I never took out the tea bag. The beagle was flavorless!! I couldn't taste the turkey or harvarti cheese. Very disappointing. Staff was very inattentive. Paying more attention to each other and gossiping about their lives or looking at each other's hair or playing with it that they ignored me when I went up to the counter. I also explained it was my first time and they didn't offer to explain anything etc. I'm used to the other more popular place. A larger size tea with a great tea flavor is bit o it cheaper it's larger and comes with refills. And their food is really good. I wasn't impressed by the staff. But inside was clean and tables are set far apart for distancing. The bathrooms are clean as well. Plenty of parking in the lot and they offer a drive Thur. I def will not be back. 4-6 women I met with also didn't like this place. Oh well we tried. read more

I was checking out the cars across the street during one of the weekly "Cars & Coffee" meets this past Saturday, and decided to grab a beverage. The sign on the door says "masks required," but when I walked in, I was the only non-employee wearing one. Although not entirely the fault of the employees, I found this disappointing. Fast service. My go to when Starbucks drive-thru is too long. The honey, cinnamon, vanilla latte is my favorite.

Overall really awesome. Environment: very relax and laid back feel. I can't say that its much different from any other coffee shop. It is a similar feel to other coffee shops. Drink: I ordered the caramel Marvel. And I must say that this is one of my all-time favorite Frappuccino type of drinks I have ever gotten from anywhere. You have the choice to get it either I iced coffee, Frozen, or regular. So I got mine Frozen. So it is kind of similar to a frappuccino. The presentation is very nice with caramel drizzle on top of the whipped cream. Service: I really like the service. They are very personable and seem like they really like what they were doing. It wasn't a what can I get you okay here's your change type of service it was a more engaged and interested service. read more

Definitely worth a try. I ordered a 'caramel marvel' latte which is just a caramel latte. The menu board has several of these types of names and combinations but they also have basic stuff like vanilla. It was really good, served hot and quick. Interior is typical of any coffee shop, lots of seating, nice decor, etc. They also have food which I honestly didn't even pay attention to. Prices are comparable to Starbucks. My medium latte was $5.24 after tax. All in all a positive experience and I plan on coming back. read more
