    Stopped at this location in the middle of the day while traveling through the area and upon arrival, there were only two cars ahead of us. We waited in the drive for 15 minutes. When we reached the window, neither drink was ready (a frap and a cold brew directly off of the menu, nothing special or complex). Upon arriving at the window, all of the staff members had backs to the window and were chatting and laughing. It took 5 more minutes for them to begin on our frap. We've never had a bad Starbucks experience until today. This location was a huge headache.

    He even did the Frappflip for us.

    This was my favorite Starbucks ever! Derek made our day with his upbeat personality that was friendly yet professional.

    When you're asian and you tell them the name 'Shaun'...they somehow get 'Chong'. Thanks Ryan the questionable racist barista.

    Went in on [Mon., 3/14/16] with a friend who is asian. Ordered a Iced Coffee w/Milk. He told them the name was 'Shaun' but when we got the cup, it said 'Chong'. Dafuq?! Shout out to the questionable racist Barista 'Ryan'. Thanks for making a monday just a little bit worse! Will not be returning. Need be, I'd rather drink the stuff at Panera next door. Besides the questionable racism, the coffee is your typical starbucks fare.

    My "grande" green tea latte

    Stopped by the drive-thru today at about 1pm. They were very busy as per usual and as expected. Not a problem, I had time to wait. I ordered a grande green tea latte and a caramel macchiato. They were quick getting my order to me. I didn't drink any of my latte until I arrived at my destination. When I picked up my drink and took a sip it felt surprisingly light so I opened the cup and literally my cup was about 2/3 full. I was so disappointed that I had paid almost 5 dollars for 2/3 of a drink. If I wanted a tall, I would have ordered a tall...

    They even spelled my name correctly.

    One of the slowest Starbucks in America. For those of us that are typically in a hurry this is a location we need to avoid.

    Almost every time I go there it is with my grand kids. I feed them and then let them play. They…read morealmost always get my order wrong. Happy meals all around and they mess up things like the number and types of sauces for the chicken. It wouldnt be so bad if they had not asked what sauces and how many when I place my order. The size and number of fries are messed up too. I ask for Gogert and get apple slices. Come on people. It is written on the monitor screen for you. I take the kids in to play in the play zone and its so stinking hot in there that the kids are soaking wet when they are done. I complain to the a counter person and ask to see the manager. They give me a phone number for a store in Auburn. What good does that do? Over all the place sucked. I hope that the remodel improves things. We will see. If not for my grand kids, I would never go to a McDonald's. The one on Washington Center road is only a little better. The play center in there is cold. Is there a thermostat some where that could balance things out? Its not rocket science. Are there any real managers with any kind of authority there. Orders take so long also. The problem there is that there are too many items on the menu. Their food prep and handling system sucks. Wendys has it going on. I spend no more than three minutes in a Wendys food line. Maybe MD should copy their system.

    This McDonald's has problems at 5:45am in the morning. One week I had to drive away 4 out of 5…read moredays because no one was attending the drive through. The next week...three employees were standing at the door waiting to get in. Next week...no one answers the drive through kiosk. I stopped at the window to see what was up...their headsets weren't working. Today...they had to make my order three times because they couldn't get the right order entered into the system. Very sad!!!
