Shelves were stocked neatly with seasonal items for fall and Halloween. Specials throughout the store per usual Walgreens. The only reason this is a 2 star review instead of a single star is because of the retail staff; they're always friendly and accommodating, greeting you the moment you walk through the door and chatting kindly as they check you out. The pharmacy staff, however, needs a serious course in customer service and dealing with the public. If my health plan didn't mandate that I use Walgreens, I would've changed pharmacies a long time ago. I've had multiple, MULTIPLE negative interactions with pharmacy staff, specifically pharmacy technicians, both in the capacity of patient and as a prescriber. When I have called in new prescriptions for patients, I've utilized the prescriber voicemail, which is great. But heaven forbid you need to speak directly with the poor overworked pharmacists, because you'll be waiting for quite some time. They obviously work incredibly hard to keep up. From a patient perspective, picking up my own scripts is an ordeal that is inevitably faaaarrrr more complicated than it should be. Despite having savings cards on file for all my pricey brand-name prescriptions, the pharmacy tech rudely announces the incorrect price each and every time; when I kindly point out that I have savings cards, I'm told that either 1. I'm wrong & there's no card on file (to which I pull out the card so they can yet again verify the info) or 2. They've already run the savings card price (which they haven't, as I know exactly how much my scripts cost). I'm a firm believer in respect, especially to those in service-type industries, but it's all I can do to be kind to the often incredibly rude techs who check me out at the pharmacy. I've had eyes rolled at me and I've been condescended multiple times; customer service is absolutely horrendous at this location. One instance upset me so much that I broke my cardinal rule (never identify yourself as a healthcare provider in public) and told the pharmacy technician that I was an NP, so she didn't have to demean me explaining how prescription savings cards work. If you need a quick birthday card, diet coke, or bag of gummy bears, this is your place. If you expect your pharmacy staff to provide acceptable customer service, run far away!

On arrival I was told there are no pharmacists available on wednesdays and sundays. I went a day without narcotic pain medicine and was in a terrible state but there was nothing I could do since it was a narcotic it could not be transferred. The next day I went back and was told there was still no pharmacist on duty and they weren't sure when a pharmacist would be. my doctor understood the situation and I did get my pain relievers elsewhere. In short don't sent your scripts here as of July 2022. There's no accurate way of knowing when a pharmacist will be on duty to fill them

However, it has now been over a month and a half, and the package has neither been picked up nor located by staff. This was not a small item--it was a large package valued at over $400--making its disappearance even more concerning. What is equally disappointing is the level of customer service I encountered. When I called for assistance, the response was dismissive and unprofessional from the start. There appeared to be little to no effort made to locate the package, followed by a quick claim that it was not there. Losing a customer's package is a serious issue, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy only made the situation worse. This experience reflects extremely poor organization and customer service. I strongly recommend improvements in both package handling procedures and staff professionalism.

I could pay out-of-pocket, but they didn't tell me the ridiculous price until the moment they went to administer the vaccine. I walked out with neither the vaccination I'd scheduled nor the 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Withholding costs until just before performing a medical procedure seems deceptive and duplicitous. Go elsewhere for clarity and better customer service.

It has all the standard mini mart items such as hot and cold beverages, snacks, lottery tickets, smokes, and other items. They have had 1 pump broken for many months. Be certain to check the expiration dates on the food if you buy any here. As being so slow they do not sell much, so things can expire quickly. Sometimes the pumps work very slowly too, not sure if its because their under ground fuel tanks are getting low or if its just older, worn out pumps.

They have hot and made to serve Hunt's Pizza available, large selection of cold soda pops and other drinks in coolers, smokes, lottery tickets, fountain drinks, few auto supplies like oil, few quick canned foods, snacks, candy, bags of ice, and more! Prices seem like they are all correct for this type small mini-mart store. The employees are friendly and greet you as you enter. Great small place in the middle of a residential area, yet located on a heavily traveled corner with a stop light. Lots of parking, easy and fast in and out.
