I was totally deaf in one ear. She did the extensive paperwork, checked BP, heartrate, and explained how they handle insurance. I'm on medicare, s!!o there was no charge until after medicare. Before she started she told me she'd been doing this for 20 years! Didn't have to purchase a home kit and went in the pool! Jen was very caring.
