When I arrived, I was told that they did not work on my type of vehicle or perform the service I needed. What confused me was that I had been told by multiple people that they had received the same or similar service from this shop. The information I was given beforehand did not match what happened when I arrived. I cannot say why I was turned away, but the experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable.
