They won't try to oversell you on anything, and make sure to only tell you the fixes that are necessary. The area is tiny and they have one singular chair to sit in while you wait. Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I told him which gas pump to get my receipt, but he said what is the price on the gas pump which I don't know I don't look at it before coming in. He said he can't do anything about it unless he got the price which is dumb. All he had to do is press one button to look up the gas pump or call the manager in charge to get help which he did not. So I went outside to check price and told him about it he said well it is too late now I have to wait in line. Me and my family will never do business with this company ever again!!!!! We will do our business elsewhere!!!!!

This station is usually displaying a price that is lower than the surrounding stations on my travels so I keep stopping by. I think my brain is wired to stop at the lower price stations because it's not like I'm saving a whole lot but I keep stopping. The annoying parts about this place is will there be plastic bags on the nozzles, the international sign that the pump is not working. Will the credit cars reader actually work today or do I have to go in and try to guess how much to pre pay to get as close to a full tank with out over paying. The pumps are very slow and if there is another person on the other side pumping gas than break out a book to read because it gets even slower.

Some friends used to live down the street from one and we'd walk down there regularly to get a little pick me up. But now most of the stations are run down and in disrepair. This particular location did recently receive a nice upgrade to their pumps, thus the three stars as the touch screen and tap to pay were both easy to use and responsive. Too bad the rest of the pump wasn't also updated; the LCD display was so poor that it looked like I was paying $2.68 a gallon when it was actually $2.88 a gallon. You'd think with Kwik Trip making inroads in the Milwaukee area with their bright stores and variety of items from bakery to meals that Speedway/7-Eleven would step up their game but they seem to be content coasting along.

This time I ran into an elderly gentleman who said he had waited 15" and I waited an additional 10" so if you're in a hurry, don't count on the 5" sign. That means you'll likely have to wait for a pump because some goober parked in front of one to run in for cigarettes. The prices are consistently higher than other stations in the area as well. If I'm paying a premium for gas, well... I expect the pumps to actually WORK which isn't always the case. And to top it off, their employees are pretty rude too. Again, I'm not expecting much - but when I have to run in to pay because the credit card function on the pump is broken, I don't really want to wait while the sullen teenager working the register finishes up a round or two of Candy Crush.
