I called Veteran garage door service And spoke to a live person from their answering service. She took my information and then within just a few minutes their office was calling me to set up an appointment. They gave me a time of when to expect a technician to call. That technician Kevin was texting me and letting me know of his ETA and he was exactly on time. 10:00 am . He showed up in a clean well marked vehicle and he was outstanding. He assessed the situation gave me a very fair estimate, and then was able to provide his expert opinion on some other things that could be changed if I wanted to. I took his expert advice and replaced a lot of old items on my 10-year-old garage door. I've seen a lot of my neighbors garage doors of the same age fail with much more severe consequences than mine.
