Mazda dealership in fact suggested going here as it was probably something to do with some kind of broken seal that they would likely send out anyway and I'm so glad I did! John, the owner, could've gouged me for a lot more money like most dealerships would have and I never would've known. Instead, he was honest and straight up. Had the problem figured out in about 10 min, told me to go buy the parts myself and save their markup, and it would be an easy fix he'd have done in about half an hour. True to his word, I was in and out, and all for an EXTREMELY reasonable cost. I also have a cracked driver's' side mirror that I've been avoiding fixing as it was too expensive through Mazda, but I've now ordered one through Apple as I know it'll be another fast and easy fix. Being new to Nanaimo, so happy I lucked out finding these guys on my first repair and can't recommend them enough. Love "service" businesses that get that taking a little less up front almost always guarantees long-term relationships in the end. I will definitely use Apple for any other repairs and wanted to take a minute and commend them for their excellent service, rates, and honesty.
