They warned me that the damage would still be visible since it is on the driver's side/line of sight, but I have to look very hard to see it. Front windshield replaced on 2010 BMW 528i while we waited - it's amazing how efficiently and quickly these folks work. We had an appt we were almost 1/2 hour late for (ferry issues), so we had to wait a bit for them to start on our car - was only 10-15 minutes, and our windshield replacement took about 30-40 minutes once they got to it. Rocky also provided quotes for other jobs they may help us out with (replace custom seal at bottom of windshield, replace entire seal for back window, if we purchase and provide the proprietary product used on our age of BMW) and we expect amts. quoted would be honored, as was the quote for our new windshield. They were very prompt in getting me in for a replacement front windshield, this was my second time using this company. My last windshield replacement was roughly installed, they didn't really clean my dashboard to remove any of the micro glass fragments, and I had noticed a flaw in the glass, that obviously came from factory. I had mentioned it to them and he acted like I was being to critical about the glass, then he noticed it had a flaw. There were some other issues that I won't mention, but definitely look your vehicle over very well before you start, and definitely afterwards. I thought he was a bit rude about the situation. So I go in for my warranty replacement, my appointment was at 10:30. Last time I was in there it took just barely over an hour. Now I get a phone call at 11:50, and get told I can't pick my car up until after 1:30, I took time off of work, I don't recommend this company, they have no sense of urgency, and the quality of their service definitely needs improvement. On the good side these guys did an awesome job on my windshield after the last windstorm sent a tree into it. However, I have owned this car for seven years and have never had any mechanical problems with it ever. One visit to Novus and a few hours of being there changed that. When I picked it up after work it felt as though there was something on the accelerator, even putting it into neutral while driving caused the RPM's to increase to 3000. Also the cruise control had no effect on the transmission. I called the manager after getting home and he assured me that it was only pulled into the service bay, windshield replaced, and returned to the parking lot. It's just very strange and coincidental that it ran fine that morning and dropping off the keys, but then completely different that afternoon. And there was no offer to help by recommending to bring it back, or take it to so and so and have it checked. read more

I took my car to Novus for an insurance-paid repair to my windshield. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the two men there. They were neat and courteous. The service man checked my windshield and discovered it was pitch (tar) and not a chip. He cleaned and inspected my windshield. He also said that the windshield was starting to come out of the rubber seal and he fixed it so the windshield was fully within the seal. All this was no charge. Don't go anywhere else. These guys are super honest and just terrific! read more

The front windshield was cracked on my 2008 Saab. John found the glass for the windshield quickly and at a very competitive price (the cheapest actually). He's so meticulous that he replaced the oil change sticker when he was done. In the sunshine, when I picked up the car, he smiled and said: "now that's how a windshield should look."
