Our insurance company has repeatedly directed us to CarStar, meaning that they have had many good experiences also. Recent work on my spouse's Honda CRV was just excellent. CarStar's set up with Enterprise for rentals is excellent. Their communications wrt estimates and progress and completion of repairs are first class. BTW - We needed a review today of a strange small dent pattern nearby the recent repairs, was it there before the recent nearby repair or was it a new event? The CarStar records were just great, it was already there and not part of the recent repair claim. Within minutes we had a quote to deal with this old forgotten, minor event.
