Well, they were incorrect, Top Value Transmissions got in touch with me and let me know that they take care of that. Amy, the owner wasn't sure if that was gonna be the actual problem or not until she saw it for herself. So I brought my van out there, it's borderline wheatfield and Niagara Falls, New York.. She had to order the part because I did in fact need the sensor, and it took six days to get there, so I went without a van, but I could've gotten it if I wanted it bad enough I just didn't really care at that point, I was so fed up with needing so much stuff done to the van to pass inspection. Amy found a lot of problems with it, of course. So she replaced the brakes and brake pads and other things that I don't know but everything that it definitely needed. And then eventually did the transmission sensor. Forgetting all the work done that I did it didn't cost too much. I mean it was a lot a lot for me. I can't afford anything is everybody knows, but just under $2000 to get a lot of work done. But just driving it home the van felt like a completely different van. Felt so nice. So she was able to take care of the job. I highly recommend her. She goes into detail about what you need. She's not a bullshitter and she even holds onto the parts that she took from your vehicle that were damaged and shows you afterwards and boy was mine in dire need of parts. Thank you, Amy and crew.

Awful. Terrible. Big Mistake…read more Got our Mini Bus serviced here. Drove in just fine. Had to get it towed out - they destroyed our transmission during a 'simple quoting process'. Gave us an absurd quote ($3500) and refused to put the quote in writing. When we wanted to get a second opinion all help broke loose. Had to tow our bus out of there. THEN we find out that a whole bunch of parts were missing (and some were damaged) out of our transmission afterwards. They charged us $400 for the transmission quote process and wouldn't give us the bus until we paid in full. Now seeking reimbursement for the unqualified and unprofessional services we received. Do not take your vehicle to this place. I would rate it NO STARS if I could.

I take my car in to have it looked at. Again I ask, yet another guy (again another owner), 'will there be a charge?' again NO. A few hours later they call to tell me the issue with my car and could come get it. I go to pick up my car AND there is a charge. They had to hook it up to their diagnostic machine to figure out the problem. I of course have no issues with that, the problem I have is they SHOULD have called and let me know there would be a charge for this. I understand they are running a business, but a courteous call to let me know would have been GREATLY appreciated. Due to this lack of respect I have taken my car to another shop for repair.
