Management was not only uninterested but condescending at every stage. If you are so experienced after 30 years of business then you knew exactly what you were doing. So why would you ever take apart an irrelevant entire half of the machine, only to fix something else completely. In 10 minutes on the other end of the machine., and then bill the client for hours of work. It is very unfortunate to deal with such dishonesty. This kind of unprofessional behavior gives South Florida a bad reputation and ruins your day as well.
