This company took advantage of my elderly handicapped mom. $700 for two metal keys. They told her this was a 30% discount. She did not have a key to copy, the car was unlocked. Took the job on Monday, came yesterday and realized we need a OEM key (Google told me that and I don't know shit about cars) then he goes to Nissan and gets the key, comes back today is Wednesday (tried to charge an extra $80 because he doesn't have the right key ) not sure how your lack of intelligence constitutes a financial burden on my end and on top of all that, he just figured out he doesn't have the correct software for my 2024 vehicle. Another reminder that this is a company consisting of one man that does not have the skills to fix something. Instead of admitting he can't do something he will instead just pretend like he fixed the problem and charge you full price. When he gets poor reviews here on yelp he will just pay for 4 and 5 star reviews to keep this shell company relevant on this website I also just noticed that they removed two of my reviews. Which were both 1 star. So that's more proof he's just trying to boost his relevance on this website. He came out to fix my ignition lock and not only couldn't fix it but damaged my key in the process. He claimed he fixed my ignition lock but two weeks later I couldn't get my key to turn again. Well of course he didn't actually fix it he just jammed my key in and used pliers to force the key to turn breaking the pins in the ignition lock. I ended up hiring an actual locksmith and he fixed the issue for literally half the price this lil man charged me. read more

3 stars because the guy was available quickly, but charged me $260 to drill out an interior lock to a closet because he could not open it. It took him less than 30 minutes. He said the lock was installed upside down, so that was the only way, which may be the case. I just felt that $260 was a lot to charge for that specific job. No keys made, no materials, just labor. And, now I have to also purchase a new handle/lock set. My husband is a contractor and thinks it's a ridiculous price to charge. I received a text from the business asking me to update my review and gave me all of the reasons that $260 is a reasonable charge. I told my husband about the text and that just made him more upset. The business told me that they were in Olivehurst and the job was in Browns Valley, so it was a long drive. I didn't know where they were located and no one told me there would be an extra travel charge. When I initially reached out I simply asked if they service Browns Valley, and they said 'yes', no one mentioned it was a far drive or extra fee. He also felt the need to reference my Airbnb and tell me that he noticed I charged more than many of the listings in the area. Not sure what my Airbnb has to do with any of this. I thought it was unprofessional to text me and ask me to update my Yelp review and also reference my Airbnb rental fee which I felt was irrelevant. read more

He came out to help with my ignition and key problem. He acted like it was a lot of work. He did not give me back all my keys. He broke apart a key that was not a key that worked. He was in such a hurry, sweating and it was not hot. He broke my key taking it apart. He told me that the ecm was not communicating with his computer that he was using wirelessly. He told me I needed a new eco he never looked to see if it was hooked up or anything. Than he made me pay him 80.00 for diagnosing the problem. He did nothing. He did not know for sure that that is what I needed. He was totally unprofessional and sweaty. read more

Technician did not know how to do his job broke parts of the car door and scratched up the car door, tried overcharging us double and he left garbage from his van in front of my house. He also took off without giving us a receipt . All he was supposed to do was cut and program an ignition key. read more
