This shop is honest. Its workers are fast and professional. Its owner is courteous. I had an issue here where my car did not pass smog because the last number of my cat was read incorrectly (an innocent mistake). I initially believed this was because they wanted me to fail, since I had never been here before. I had the BAR inspect the issue and they confirmed that it was simply an innocent mistake from the shop. I only wish I could leave a 10 star review! We purchased a radiator for my RAV4 through ebay. Got Speedy to install. Saved a ton of money. Also used them for transmission service on the same car. Great people and very fair prices!!!! Recommendation: If you own a Toyota vehicle, DON'T go to the dealership, which has a new and very expensive building. I took my RAV4 there to have it serviced and they quoted me over $4,000 for repairs that I DID NOT NEED! They are trying to pay for their new building by charging their customers for services that they do not need. read more

Called to see if i needed an appointment and the woman was extremely rude on the phone but said just come in. She quoted me over the phone based on the make/year. I show up and she says she misquoted me on the phone and it's actually more expensive. $81. Great. She's taking my info and is still extremely unpleasant to interact with. The tech has my vehicle while i wait in their "waiting area" three chairs inside the open air garage and it's stifling out. 15 minutes goes by and the tech approaches me. I think he's done thank god because I'm dripping with sweat. He informs me he's been struggling to get the engine cover off this whole time without success. He blames the floor of the vehicle. I tell him he's wrong it comes right off. I decide i don't want this dummy performing any kind of service on my vehicle if he can't even remove the doghouse. I leave and remove it myself within minutes. I have zero experience taking anything apart on my vehicle myself but i knew my mechanic had done it recently and it was literally so easy to figure out. There are much better places to take your vehicle in Bakersfield. Avoid! read more

I went this morning around 10:15am and was able to pull right in. I had my three kids with me and just really needed to run this errand for my husband and they really live up to their name.
