We are from out of town and stopped in off the freeway to have them check a strange brake noise, we were hearing. The young man had us quickly up on the rack where an older well experienced gentleman did a thorough check for a problem. He assured us there was nothing serious wrong just a rock that had kicked up. Although they knew we were from out of town, they did not want to charge us for their time and knowledge. We insisted they accept a few dollars for a beer after work. Absolutely the worst alignment experience I've ever had. I was told my camber was "even" and that…read morethe alignment was fine. It very clearly was not. When I questioned it, the owner brushed it off and blamed my car, saying he trusted the machine more,even though the camber was visibly off. That alone should've been the red flag. Instead he doubled down and dismissed it like I didn't know what I was looking at. I took my car to another alignment shop the same day, and surprise the camber was completely out of spec. Not slightly. Not borderline. Completely wrong. I had to pay for another full alignment immediately. The paperwork from both shops proves how bad this one messed up. Hiding behind "the machine says it's fine" while ignoring obvious, measurable issues is either incompetence or laziness,possibly both. An alignment shop that won't stand by their work or admit when they don't know what a camber kit is crazy to me when I installed a camber kit all around myself. This kind of work leads to uneven tire wear, bad handling, and safety problems. I have all documentation showing the difference. Don't let this shop gaslight you into thinking your car is the problem when they clearly are. Take your advice from a car enthusiasts and take your business literally anywhere else.
