I was given three different options to replace the tire as a plug was not possible since I had two screws in my tire. I came here because my tire pressure sensor turned on right before I had to drive 2 hours home. They checked my tires and told me everything was fine and that the light would eventually go away, so I trusted them and kept driving. The light never went away and I later found out I actually had a nail in my tire the whole time. Pretty frustrating considering I specifically came in because I was worried about driving far safely. Within 15 minutes it was down nine psi. My friend and I started looking online for tire shop recommendations, but it was nearly 5 PM on Saturday so... Most were closing soon. Luckily, Golden State Tires was open and able to help us. It was a pretty great experience, considering what a headache it could've been. We were in and out of the tire place in about 15 minutes and only down $20 for the patch. We had to drive all the way back to Watsonville that night to get ready for an early friends Thanksgiving dinner the next day, so... we really really really appreciated the ease. This place is a rip off dude lied straight up for the services. Trying to sell me stuff which I didn't even need. Took my Subaru cross trek for alignment since the shop I usually take were really backed up and they wouldn't be able to get to my car till the next day and the tech was like you need camber bolts in the front and I was like why didn't my reg place never told me this and he was like we have them we can sell them to you and gave me price. I told him ok let me check they were marking up camber bolts like $40 or so I found my own bolts and took it to my reg shop they looked at me like I was stupid and the owner was like why you brining me camber bolts and before I could explain he straight up said which shop tried to rip you off so I told him I went here and they recommended them and I showed him the spec sheet and he said here's your bolts return them you don't need them because most of the Subarus come with camber bolts that why we never recommended them they probably didn't even touch/tried doing the camber adjustment because 90% of the shops don't even try and give you a Bullshit reason like this and just charge you for setting the toe and send you your way. So guess what? My reg shop they did the alignment camber and toe in the front rear toe and camber as well with no additional parts and just charged me the initial alignment charge of $90.00. To top it off they didn't even did the toe correct because my steering wheel was off and the car still Pulled to one side. Never coming here again rather wait for my reg shop which are actually honest and not trying to rip people off. read more

When getting my tires replaced, I stopped here to get lug nuts removed after tow service ran off with the key when they changed a flat. The owner and his son were very helpful. These guys suck and so does their equipment. Open 7 days a week but can't even do anything for your car because of their equipment.

Called in advanced to get a quote and try to make an appointment. The person on the phone told me to come in in about 30 minutes, so i did. When I arrived the person doing alignments told me that it's going to be an hour. I told him that i called and made an appointment but apparently that doesn't matter, another car showed up before me so they're first. I asked if i could come back in an hour and he insisted that I wait the entire hour or leave my car because he was leaving when the alignments were done, which doesn't really make sense to me but okay. In the end it was a big waste of my time, they told me to come back the next day. I told them, yeah i'd come back. But i'm not really coming back. read more
