I am a 75 year old woman in an auto parts store , and I did not really expect to receive much attention or service. I was pleasantly surprised !!! They never left my side one moment . They worked diligently until my problem was solved. I purchased Bosch blades for my partner, motor oil, repair of old blades, and a couple of extra blades for my car. The following adjectives are just a few to describe Sal, Donnie and Jeremy: friendly, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, energetic, motivated, informative, eager, thorough, attentive, skilled, technical, engaging, well mannered, personable! They earned my loyalty to OReilly for all my automotive after market needs. I think of them as friends. These guys exceeded every expectation ! I am a fanatic about good communication and coordination in business , having run my own corporation for forty years following my fathers untimely death. No prejudice, just, credentials. Or at least a HS diploma, implying the possibility of auto shop. So I have started going to Napa, where the guys are greasy and old and could argue about the best way to re-jet a carburetor. guys that would cobble a car together from scrap metal before they would download Uber if their car broke down, which it never would. despite the hours and location, these guys know enough to save me time and hassle. If I could convince everyone to go to this store, I would. The manager, Matt, was SO kind, helpful and generous with his time in the midst of running this busy store. I came in needing a blinker and was from out of state and a little nervous about getting this done.. little did I know the blinker holder thingy was broken, not the actual bulb. They easily swapped out the blinker after I got the wrong one and then SUPER GLUED MY BROKEN BULB HOLDER TOGETHER. I clearly have little knowledge on car jargon lol. But how nice are these folks?!?! A mechanic happened to be in the area and dropped everything to come over and help and wasn't afraid to get the job done right there in the parking lot.
