This is why he has smooth talker Jim. Jim is the polite educated one who will promise you everything and once they get the insurance check you'll hardly hear from them again. They focus on doing several jobs at once. Not just your home. First issue. While all the drywall was installed and for 2 months it seems the heat was running constantly. The gas bill was higher than my own home. I called concerned. I even asked if they installed the insulation as they were supposed too. I was spoke to with attitude. Throughout the rebuild of the inside of this very small 2 bedroom home in which they only had to do 3 room and the ceilings it took 6 months. They broke my microwave handle when installing. Scraped both sides of the stove. Forgot to install the outlet to plug in the microwave. When they sent out the guy to install the outlet he said he was the one who redid all the wiring in the house for the company. My husband asked him a question and he said, "Oh I'm not an certified electrician. I just learned everything I know from watching YouTube." I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are deceptive, bossy, and take advantage of women in bad situations.

We ended up adding new front door and storm door and then had them install the same doors on our garage patio door, had them replace a kitchen window, and install a vinyl fence. The end product turned out so much better than I could have imagined. They were patient with all of our questions and add on's. Mike, April, and the crew are awesome to work with. We highly recommend them. And eventually when we decide to start working on the inside, they'll be our first call. Having any kind of work done on your house can come with sticker shock, however, all the work done was totally worth the price tag. Some of the things Kerry fixed include: garage siding and garage windows, garage door opener, installing new overhead lights and fixing an overhead light from the 1980s, installing a new exterior door, removing an old privacy fence by the patio and installing a new one, and installing a new door bell. That was after I threatened legal action twice to force him to return and finish the job. The initial door, which was supposed to be brand new, clearly was not a new door. It had a very noticeable dent on the top side and a large area of touch up paint over damage on the inside garage side of the door. When he finally came back with a replacement door, the color was wrong. I had ordered bronze and what he installed was chocolate brown. He lied and said that it was just different lighting. At this point I was out of patience and just paid the balance owed when he finished the replacement door installation. I was not happy, but I just wanted to be done dealing with him. I will give him credit for a good job on the exterior trim work, and the door was functional after he installed it. I am 68 years old, and Brian is the worst contractor that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would not recommend him in any way for home construction contract work.
