This is why he has smooth talker Jim. Jim is the polite educated one who will promise you everything and once they get the insurance check you'll hardly hear from them again. They focus on doing several jobs at once. Not just your home. First issue. While all the drywall was installed and for 2 months it seems the heat was running constantly. The gas bill was higher than my own home. I called concerned. I even asked if they installed the insulation as they were supposed too. I was spoke to with attitude. Throughout the rebuild of the inside of this very small 2 bedroom home in which they only had to do 3 room and the ceilings it took 6 months. They broke my microwave handle when installing. Scraped both sides of the stove. Forgot to install the outlet to plug in the microwave. When they sent out the guy to install the outlet he said he was the one who redid all the wiring in the house for the company. My husband asked him a question and he said, "Oh I'm not an certified electrician. I just learned everything I know from watching YouTube." I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are deceptive, bossy, and take advantage of women in bad situations.

Some of the things Kerry fixed include: garage siding and garage windows, garage door opener, installing new overhead lights and fixing an overhead light from the 1980s, installing a new exterior door, removing an old privacy fence by the patio and installing a new one, and installing a new door bell. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things as well. Kerry and Karen were true life savers last summer. I'm so glad I hired them. PS- they also have a cute dog that is in the office sometimes.
