BUT warning to people getting…read moreloans to get remodeling done. brian was great to work with. i would actually recommend brian to anyone that isn't extremely low income and has to get a government or regular loan for the work that the estimate is for. we had to get a 3rd mortgage with the government in order to do this. got a surprise bill for $390 from their electrician 2 days ago after everything was done. when i asked brian about installing lights we had already bought years ago then was told before installed outside garage lights would be about $90 and that we would pay Brian that after the electrician billed him. asked if could pay it in a week or two after install but then electrician billed us directly after brian said they bill him and then we pay him. and also billed for work on bath fan that we didn't even know about. they found an extreme issue that the fan was plugged up and had to call the electrician. very frustrated that we weren't warned about getting billed from someone other than Brian especially since he knows our financial situation and why we had to get the loan before 3 of our ceilings collapsed from sagging so bad. but my husband and i have included pictures of some of the work so that you can see how nice it really is. just frustrated with this electrician bill surprise after we had brian look at our toilet and he said the issue with it will keep getting worse if we don't get it fixed right away. BUT he said the person he was suggesting, we should ask if they would allow us to make payments because most places will if they want our business.

During the whole process we kept throwing extras at Mike and the guys to do and they took it all in stride. We ended up adding new front door and storm door and then had them install the same doors on our garage patio door, had them replace a kitchen window, and install a vinyl fence. The end product turned out so much better than I could have imagined. They were patient with all of our questions and add on's. Mike, April, and the crew are awesome to work with. We highly recommend them. And eventually when we decide to start working on the inside, they'll be our first call. Having any kind of work done on your house can come with sticker shock, however, all the work done was totally worth the price tag. And even after all the add on's we did throughout the work they were doing the final pricing was still under what I was expecting. Thank you Mike, April, Chris, Ben, and Brandon. You all did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier!

Some of the things Kerry fixed include: garage siding and garage windows, garage door opener, installing new overhead lights and fixing an overhead light from the 1980s, installing a new exterior door, removing an old privacy fence by the patio and installing a new one, and installing a new door bell. That was after I threatened legal action twice to force him to return and finish the job. The initial door, which was supposed to be brand new, clearly was not a new door. It had a very noticeable dent on the top side and a large area of touch up paint over damage on the inside garage side of the door. When he finally came back with a replacement door, the color was wrong. I had ordered bronze and what he installed was chocolate brown. He lied and said that it was just different lighting. At this point I was out of patience and just paid the balance owed when he finished the replacement door installation. I was not happy, but I just wanted to be done dealing with him. I will give him credit for a good job on the exterior trim work, and the door was functional after he installed it. I am 68 years old, and Brian is the worst contractor that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would not recommend him in any way for home construction contract work.
