EVERYTHING! I made an appointment for a cleaning and replace fillings, got my xrays no cleaning. Rescheduled for fillings. I also need meds for any procedure due to transplant. Got a message to confirm appointment. It is impossible to get through the office. You always get the answering service. I get to the office and my appointment was canceled even though I had been trying to call the office for 2days. I even had the answering service fax them. The doctor then reinstated my appointment I filled my paperwork out and then he canceled it. He wanted me to have a cleaning. I was there to get my fillings. This Dental office is terrible, they never answer the phone when you call to make an appointment it always go to the call center and they don't answer for the call center either. I had an appointment on June 5. I received an email on June 4 stating I was scheduled to come in on that day. I came in on June 5 and was told that my appointment was yesterday on the fourth. I never confirmed it for the fourth and took off of work on the fifth to come to the appointment. They couldn't see me because it was a two hour procedure This office and the Holland Road office are terrible. Unfortunately it is the only one that I found that takes the state of Virginia insurance. Nobody wants to take it and that dentist office and the doctors that do your procedures are terrible. If you want a good doctor you will have to hope you can find someone to take that insurance and cross your fingers they're good. read more

They don't care at all ! They don't even know how serious a root canal is ! The manager sherry is a gaslighter and a liar lol! She legit wears glasses and has braids then claim no one has glasses or braids at the office like girl I saw you! The dentist lazy and didn't even bother, I gladly reported them only 1 person was nice enough to explain to me in detail which is fine I get that but the dentist assuming I don't know anything lol? Like I know you're supposed to get a cleaning first then caps! I know that !!!!!! I just wanted atleast my fillings looked at like I have temporary filling in after a root canal ! I do not want my root canals to be in vain I had to travel all the way out Fairfax for these every office in Hampton roads was booked up for the year, hence to why I went to Fairfax like even my doctor up there said to get the fillings done as soon as possible and the caps!! I know the dangers of root canal and temp fillings ! But do they care? Nooooooo ! There are teeth that have no brackets on them at all where they could have done the filling atleast make sure the temp fillings are still in place like I don't want my endo work to go in vain! Originally went to the Holland road location where they took x-rays of a tooth and told me it needed a root canal. That location told me I would have to contact the JANF shopping center location in order to schedule a root canal. I called to set up an appointment and the lady who answered said that she would have to put in a note and someone would contact me in order to schedule the procedure. That call never came so I tried calling back a 2 weeks later and no one ever picked up the phone and I guess if they don't answer you get transferred to a call center who cant do anything for you other than try calling themselves which they too couldn't even get an answer. Then when I request to have the X-rays that were taken so I can reach out to another dentistry I'm told I would have to drive to the office to get that. This office is all over the place. My kid had a cleaning in December and they said the Dr wasn't able to review the x-rays that day. They called to schedule a filing and then call me back a little later to cancel they call back to schedule it again and then today which it's now april they canceled it again because they don't do filings at 4. Worst experience of my life. This is with their oral surgeon. Everything seemed to be going okay, they gave me the nitrous and then 2 shots. Left for a bit then came back and gave more shots. Started to work on getting my wisdom tooth out and I said "no no no that hurts". The assistant asked if it was pressure or pain and I said pain. The oral surgeon said "there's no way, I put a shot in right there". Gives a few more injections and immediately goes back at it. I'm screaming at this point. A 31 year old woman screaming from pain. I would rather give birth again. He went to go back into my mouth and I said no, he then told me the tooth was already out. He had zero care about the pain he had caused me. Didn't apologize or anything. I left crying my eyes out. I don't recommend this place to anyone and had I known what kind of experience I would have had, I would've left after an hour of waiting. read more

They schedule appointments and then call to reschedule saying there is no doctor in the office. And then they don't call back to reschedule. And when I try to reschedule I never get a call back. Not to mention the wait times when we are there are long. When I bring these things to their attention they show no concern what so ever. A couple of times my son has had appointments and when we got there no one was there. We went to the one on Holland Rd in Va beach. We went here for 9 years. I came in for an oral surgery March 08,2024 at 4:00pm.I would like to inform that none of the medication which is antibiotics and pain medication that Dr.Schmidt advised that will be prescribed to me has not been sent over to my pharmacy which is Walgreens 856 S Military Hwy. Yesterday I patiently waited about 2/3 hours after my visit to contact my pharmacy to see if I had a prescriptions and they advised nothing was sent. I called the 800-920-9986 number that is listed on the post-operative instructions to reach the Dr. who preformed the surgery and I also called the office in Norfolk and no answer. I would like to address my concerns with HR or Management because this is unacceptable. The Dr. printed out clear instructions and on the pain medication instructions and how am I supposed to to follow instructions with no medication.Ive spoke to 2 customer service reps who tried to get in contact with the Norfolk Office but couldn't so they sent office messages which is no help ! This is unacceptable it unprofessional and honestly this is my first visit with this company and I will not be returning the level of customer service is shitty as fuck ! read more

Their customer service is horrible. They call to confirm two to three times and send numerous texts. When you call back to confirm, they act as of, it's a normal practice "because they've had many no shows." The two stars are for Dr. Kirpal, He did a wonderful job on my dental procedure, no pain, not rough, constantly checking in on me to make sure i'm not in pain or need a break, an entire breath of fresh air all the way around. Now for the office.....very messy very unprofessional...etc...etc Its impossible to get ahold of them via the phone, if you go in office the receptionist will help you after she's done on her phone, you're often left wondering if you will receive callbacks on things, you have to basically stay on top of them to get anywhere. I've had visits where ive come in for things and they were out of the supplies needed for my procedure...so essentially a waste of time, they could've called ahead to get me rescheduled/let me know, but nope I was in the chair a few minutes away from the procedure only to realize ive been there for an hour for nothing and will have to come back yet again. The list goes on but this place made me regret giving a sketchy office a try...its not the absolute worst but its c lose enough to pass if you're even considering this particular location. read more
