So, last Saturday we went out with VIP bachelorette for my best friend bachelorette party. I have tried several place to work out a limo and few attractions and it was all a bit pricey. However, I then called VIP and last minute booked a party for 11. They are very accommodating and well within a price range. I purchased the Girl's Night Out Ultimate Package! We arrived to meet everyone at the first location and they took a picture for our group, they also gave the bride a little welcoming package, tiara, and a boa. Then round of shots and drink for the bride was awesome as well. We then got on the shuttle bus, which is much nicer than I expected (GREAT JOB VIP) and went to a show and two other bars. My friends had a blast, I definitely feel you get you monies worth! You never had to feel like there was a dull moment, if your with good company well the package is fun as well and full of surprises and drinks! The customer service was very helpful and the driver was courteous as well! You never had to feel like you were unprepared or stressed out. They did a great job of getting that done! :) I was very satisfied and would definitely book again with them for other event (girls night, they even have VIP bachelor - I heard). Last weekend me and few of my friends went to Chicago for my friend's Bachelorette. Oh boy! What a fun night we had. VIP Bachelorette is the best team you can work with when it comes to partying :) We had two packages with them... nails and cocktails during the day and the ultimate night out at night. Both were handled fabulously and all of us had the best time ever. Danielle was our event coordinator who was very quick at responding to all my emails. The event planner Angela would not answer her phone to speak to me she only would txt she answered it once and hung up and txt back oh sorry we got disconnected. There was not A/C on the bus only two small windows to open . No goodie bag. When I called about this problem they told me to talk to the bus driver about it as if that's my job to be the middle man in their job. None of the bars knew we were coming we weren't on any lists . When I txt Angela about it she said that " Matt" met me and my group and got us in the second bar and I never met anyone it was the bus driver that got us in the second bar . Worst company ever. My friends bachelorette party wa last weekend. 90 a person we paid ahead of time. What did we get? No party hostess, no gift bag, nothing for the bride to make her feel special like our plan said, a huge bus with no running water, no ac when it was 90 degrees. There was suppose to be snacks and drinks waiting as well nothing. We got 3 stops in this package first one went fine when we pull up to the first bar we werent even on the list and no drinks given. When you try and call them they have no idea what your talking about and say we will call back. They never call back only text you telling you not their issue. We had a bachelorette package booked for Saturday (7/13/19). The night started out with our driver given the wrong times, which thankfully we realized right away. Our bus had no a/c or running water. Our package included a hostess, goodie bags, and party games. None of these things were on the bus. Our contact (Angela) with the company was rude, and eventually only communicated via texting. When we arrived to our second location, our names were not on the list for entry. Angela was not answering us anymore, and our driver had to call her to rectify this situation. What a disaster this night was for my niece. The bus picked up the wrong party in front of our hotel (don't they check to see if it's the right party?). By the time this was figured out we were on the bus (late) to our first destination where WE HAD TO PICK UP THE COORDINATOR who went with the wrong party - only to turn right around to go back to the loop to our second event - an hour on the bus with a promise from the coordinator that they "would try to get us another shot at one of the bars. We never got to attend the first event. We were dropped in the west loop and told to walk from the club we were at to the next bar across the street, etc. Once you book with VIP they tell you how important it is to dress nice as you are going to exclusive clubs downtown. They were seedy. One bar we walked into had no people in it. Shots consisted of some watermellon based liquor that made me gag. You will have a much better time going out to a nice dinner and walking over to a club that's actually in the loop or any other hot spot in Chicago - this definately was not it. read more

Set up a bachelorette party for my sister. Sadly the amazing evening promised wasn't what we received. Our driver couldn't find any of the bars on our list, so we spent a large amount of our night on the bus. We were late for our show and the staff at the bars they worked with were not helpful or accommodating. It was not the "night to remember" I was hoping to plan. I was impressed. Being a planner myself, my standards are pretty high and my time for planning this night out was limited. Working with them was easy from the start, they were quick with information after my request and my main contact during the planning (Cortney) was very helpful. Marcos was our man of the hour and I commend him for showing up more than once to check in on everything for us. He wasn't intrusive and I really appreciated the help. As far as the places that they were able to get deals with and get us VIP access to, I was really happy about that as I'm not one for standing in lines or paying covers (especially when we're bouncing from place to place). From the moment I called Angela and the amazing team at VIP, I felt as if I was their sole customer and their entire focus was on my event. Little did I know that VIP coordinates around 20 parties each weekend! Wow! Angela was so nice and helped me out on my choices for my girl's night out. She gave me her opinions on dinner packages and clubs, she even gave me a great deal on the pick up-drop off limo package! I felt so taken care of. The office manager, Laura called me the day before our event to confirm things and we got our final itinerary too. The night of the event, our party host, Rob was AMAZING! He was so much fun but still was very professional and made sure we were having the time of our lives! One of my friends was wearing rubber flip-flops and so we had a hard time getting into one of the clubs. Have no fear! Rob saved the day. He said to go to another club, where he would out our name down on their list...and when we got there we were still given such great service! I love VIP. I'm currently trying to get together my friend's bachelorette party and we're definitely going to go through VIP! I'm thinking the Dream Boys show this time! Haha. If you're looking for great service, and even better prices ($23 for 3 clubs in Chicago, NO cover, FREE drinks, and NO wait...umm HELLO! You'll pay up to $20 just for cover at one club! I booked a package including a pre-party and three other specific bars. Two days before the party, I was e-mailed an entirely new itinerary with new bars. Here's a run through of our night: "FREE" LYFT RIDE You're told that you're responsible for getting to your first location but you will be given a coupon code for a free ride. What you're not told is that there are terms and conditions for this ride. The code is invalid until you gift friends $20 towards a ride AND they take that ride. These rides are cheap to begin with but just be aware. PRE-PARTY (Estate) I had been there a number of times prior and always had a good time, but I also had never been there so early in the night. The only people there were workers and the other parties booked with VIP. Another warning, we were promised a free round of shots at each bar. We were only given 1 ticket for a free round of shots. The rest of the night I had to ask each bar for the free round of shots we were promised. Not all of the bartenders/servers were aware of this promise and, while all were quick to comply and most even offered more free drinks, it felt classless. You're also told that at your pre-party you will receive a free photoshoot. The photoshoot is free. The actual photos are not. You have to pay for both a digital download and/or physical copy. PARTY BUS I was presently surprised that there was some entertainment on our bus because that was not something included in our package. The girls loved it. BAR ONE ("Bevy" Nightclub) I had also been to this nightclub when it was previously known as Zar. This nightclub wasn't even Bevy anymore though (as stated on our itinerary). Our bartender told us that it was now called Lite. The fact that our itinerary didn't even have the correct name of our first stop on top of the fact that the itinerary was changed to begin with makes me slightly skeptical of VIP and the way the company does business. The music was decent and the bartenders were great, but this club was full of pretty much all women - more specifically bachelorette parties. I realize being the only bachelorette party in a downtown club/bar is rare, but what kind of bachelorette party wants to hang out in a club/bar filled entirely with bachelorette parties? I can speak on behalf of my own when I say we did not. BAR TWO (Trophy Room) It's a sports bar. It was dead. Our server was great. I would come back for a sporting event but never with a bachelorette party. PARTY BUS When we got on the bus to head to our final bar, an announcement was made stating that this was the last stop. When I asked what time they wanted us outside for our ride back to our hotel, I was told we didn't have one... I pulled up our itinerary on my phone that included our ride to the hotel then was quickly told we had an hour. No apology was given, just an excuse that the bus wasn't made aware. One of our girls got sick on this ride. Thankfully, I made a cute gift basket for the bride out of a small bathroom trash can as a joke. I emptied it, brought it with us, and stored it on the bus in the case that an incident occurred. Our driver offered to drive her back to our hotel. The fact that he did this makes up for a small fraction of the overall disappointing night. BAR THREE (The Drop) The owner was amazing, greeting us at the door, taking us straight down to the bar, and personally pouring us shots and drinks. The bar was packed to the brim with people, men included (finally). However, we hadn't even been there an hour before our bus arrived back to pick us up. I'm assuming he just dropped off our girl and then came back to grab the rest of us. OVERALL The night was one giant disappointment. I trusted VIP to plan an entertaining party at popular clubs/bar with the VIP treatment that they promise. Instead, the night was a total bust. The no cover and express entry included on our package was a joke because three of the four bars weren't charging cover and none of them had any lines. The free shots were me basically asking for charity. The VIP treatment was non-existent with the exception of The Drop. The price each girl paid for our package was no where near worth it. You are better off spending money on a nice hotel on the Magnificent Mile and a sexy dress, taking a walk to Hubbard Street, and actually getting no cover, express entry, and free drinks/shots all night long from the men and bartenders in the numerous amounts of fun and lively bars on Hubbard. That's what we did the night prior. I'm grateful at least one of our nights was amazing because otherwise our entire weekend would have been a bust. I'll admit, had our itinerary not been changed in the first place, there is a possibility that we could have had a worthwhile night. I just know all 11 of us are in agreeance that we would never take that chance again. We'd never book another party or recommend others to book a party with VIP Bachelorette. read more

The planning process was incredibly easy, and she promptly answered all of my questions. (Laura - I'm seriously not that high maintenance.) We had a person in our party who had a gluten allergy and they coordinated a special package just for her at a reduced price. They were busy (40 parties!) on our day so we did not meet our host, but she was there if we needed her. We had a few snags on our day, but it was not their fault. Extremely disappointed with this company. My sister went through this event planner my bachelorette party this weekend and they totally lied about everything that was promised. My sister was on the phone 80% of the time while we were out because the bus that we had been given with our package had no A/C on a 90 degree day in Chicago and also only 2 small crank windows in the front to open. All the free drinks and shots that were suppose to come with the package didn't happen. We get to the pregame "party". The bar never even heard of the company. We get to the bar after the stripper show and the bouncer said they never had us on any list. We decided not to waste our time and try to go to the last place because the coordinator refused to talk to us and answer our phone calls. She was probably one of the most unprofessional people that I've dealt with in customer service. I'm lucky to have a great family who turn the evening around with good spirits. This service was horrible from the beginning up until the very end. We basically paid over $1000 for a bus to pick us up from one stop to another and when we got to our location, we weren't even on the list to get in. We stood outside for at least 20 minutes waiting to be let in. We were promised a host with goodies for the bride to be, party favors for her guest and free round of drinks at every stop that was included on the itinerary. Instead we got a bus with no a/c, no host, no party favors and no drinks. The contact person for this service was very unprofessional and refused to resolve anything that took place that night. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. You're better off getting an Uber and drinking tall boys out of a brown paper bag in the back seat because I'm pretty sure the Uber driver would've been more delightful and not only that HE'D HAVE AIR IN HIS CAR. read more

From start to finish, my experience with VIP Chicago Parties was a disaster. I wanted to book a specific package called the "Taste of Chicago - Two Days of Fun," but I wanted to see whether we could change some of the bars so that we could visit more nightclubs. Throughout the process, all the "event coordinator" Emily wanted to do was have me pay for a bunch of different "upgrades." Because it was clear that she didn't seem to understand or want to answer my questions, I asked her multiple times to call me because when I called the company, I couldn't get through to anyone. It is only after I call for the third or fourth time that I finally get to talk in person to Emily. She indicates that not only is she not sure if we could go to different bars, but that the company was no longer working with the first bar on our itinerary. After I point out that her new itinerary would provide fewer bar stops (including one less free entry and round of free shots and the Chicago style pizza), she indicates that she will send me an e-mail with more information. Her email then indicates that the company is no longer offering this package and she states that we can pay the same price for a different package, still called "Taste of Chicago - Two Days of Fun" that includes significantly less, including missing the entire second day which was supposed to provide brunch, one bellini per person, and 2 dancers who would seat us, serve us and perform two songs. I responded that the company's response was not satisfactory, that being asked to pay significantly more for the same services felt like a bait and switch situation and asked that the company either honor the package advertised on the website or provide a substantially similar package for the same price. The CEO got involved at that stage. She claimed (1) that the package had not been offered since October (which means that its had been advertised on their website for eight months even though it allegedly was no longer being offered and also contradicted her employee's claim that I had just missed it by a day or two), (2) that I was attempting to bully her into giving us a package that they don't have (my request was that the company either honor the package organized and advertised by the company itself or provide a comparable package for a similar price), (3) that I was looking on the wrong website (which I accessed through her employee's e-mail link), (4) that only the packages on her 'Bachelorette" website were valid (which doesn't make sense as to why there would be multiple websites all accessible from the same link from her employee), and (5) that she was going to sue me for libel, slander and harassment (which, as an attorney, I was well aware were ridiculous threats). Do not work with this company. The CEO attempts to intimidate people when they complain. She also goes out and tries to censor negative reviews (including getting Yelp to remove my initial review). She tried to argue that I was harassing her company because I voiced my complaint and also wrote reviews about this experience. The ironic part was that after complaining about my "harassment," her company then contacted me three times to see if I was still interested in booking a package through them. Bait and Switch is a fraudulent advertising claim or sales offer for a product or service that is not available or not for sale at the stated price, made with the intention of luring customers who are then forced to spend more money to get the same thing. False advertising and bait and switch tactics are illegal in Chicago. If this happened to you, please make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Illinois Attorney General's office or the Federal Trade Commission consumer protection division. The more complaints that are made, the more likely it is that action is taken. ~~~ It doesn't matter if I was a paying customer. Bait and switch tactics are illegal regardless of whether a sale was completed. With regards to Angela's response, I can substantiate everything with e-mail communications and screenshots. Angela and I never had telephone conversations. It's unbelievable that she claims that I tried calling her or tried to find her cell phone number. Apparently Angela is unaware, but phone records identify all calls made to a phone number. As provable through phone records, I never called once after the e-mails with Angela. And I never tried to get cell phone numbers. The e-mail communications speak for themselves. I never stated that I got a ticket from Delta airlines. I never demanded anything other than for the company to honor the deal offered on its website or to provide a substantially similar package for a similar price. I never asked to meet Andrew Dean (I have no idea who this person is). Finally, I never use Yelp as a tool to "bash" companies; another provable fact, considering that about half of my reviews were glowing recommendations. read more

I hate that we can't give 0 stars. Honestly, don't even know where to start. We paid money for a fun night out and basically paid for terrible customer service. The package was supposed to come with bus transportation, drinks/shots at each location, entry into bars, and a host with goodies/games - only the bus was provided (with no AC on a 90 degree day in Chicago). Probably one of the most unorganized companies I've ever used. My matron of honor started planning through this company 10 months ahead of the weekend in Chicago. The initial response was good. The woman gave us the package choices and we each laid down money after choosing what best suited our group. 1 month later she sent us a confirmation of this but the package was different. Not at all what we had already paid for or agreed too. She told us it would be fine and she forgot to mention they no longer were offering that old package. What?! I asked a friend from Chicago about the new bar selection and they said it was "ok" but we'd probably still have a good time. So we decided since we already paid to give it a go. 1 month before the event my matron of honor contacted the coordinator to confirm pick up and drop offs, money, etc. days went by and no answer. She called and never got a response. So finally she sent an email to the company threatening to take action. another week went by and we finally got an answer saying the coordinator had been fired and they didn't know we had a party planned in just a couple weeks! Our hostess that day was very nice and apologized. The bars were not what we pictured or seem to pay for and they took over an hour to pick us up for the last bar where we missed out on last call and only got to spend 12 minutes there before the bus said he had to drive us back to the hotel. The company deserves 1 star for overall experience and awful night but got 2 because the hostess was a sweetheart. read more

I am not sure if our bridal party just got the shaft or what but I would have to agree with the other girls that rated them 1 star and the only reason they got one star is because apparently you can't give zero..,. In a snapshot: The limo was late to pick us up. They sent a normal stretch limo for 9 woman (thank God we are all 130 pounds or someone would have had to sit on the floor). We got to the first club an hour after it had already started, the guy that was supposed to meet us wasnt' there, half our party wasnt on the list and the other half wasn't given drink coupons so we were charged for our "free drinks". They then brought us to what appeared to be a local dive bar with no seating, no list, and a well brand drink coupon. The last club we arrived at no one was on the list the only reason we got in VIP and for free was because we were pretty. We get up to the rooftop only to find out that they had closed it. There were no free drink coupons issued and it was a cash bar and no one had cash (a head's up from VIP might have been nice). Our limo driver tried to leave the bride behind while he was double parked in a loading zone and by the time we all got back to our drop off point everyone was stone sober and irritated. BEYOND that when any and all of these concerns were brought up with the owner, she was the rudest, most unprofessional person anyone of us had spoken to accusing us of "taking advantage of her services" when we were the ones that PAID for a service we WERE NEVER PROVIDED. I am shocked this company is still in business. I wouldn't trust the other reviews on here listing 4 or 5 stars they are probably the owner registering fake email addresses to "stage" her company into looking legitimate. read more

I am the maid of honor for my friend's wedding, but am located across the country. As a deeply anal person, I was very nervous about things running smoothly and everyone having a good time - VIP Bachelorette helped everything to run seamlessly, and the bride and other bridesmaids had an amazing time! MEN: The Show was equal parts erotic and hilarious, the bars/clubs we went to afterwards let us in right away and quickly provided us with our free drinks, and we danced until we thought our feet were going to fall off. Laura responded to all of my e-mails practically instantaneously, and although I only called him once, Roberto answered promptly and professionally. If I am ever party-planning in Chicago again, I will definitely be using VIP Bahcelorette! read more

Emails were always answered promptly and I knew exactly what to expect. They were flexible with us and were overall easy to work with. The bars we made it to were exactly as expected, no lines no cover and a champagne round! The male cabaret show... AMAZING!! We all had SO much fun. I was afraid it might be corny but it was the opposite. We were losing our voices from screaming so loud all night long. Sexy strippers and singers! At first glance this seems like a great deal, $65 for a drink at each place and no cover charge. However if you know what Chicago really has to offer you will be very disappointed. The Naughty Caberet was a joke...You are a "VIP" yet your seats are shoved in the back behind the bar because those are the "better seats." When you ask about your crappy seats you are told to "take it up with Rob" who is running the show so he basically has no time for you. The only bonus to this bar is the $20 all you can drink, however you need to order vodka on the rocks to even get a buzz because the drinks are completely watered down. My group stayed in the caberet until the intermission and then stayed out at Mothers until it was time to leave. The next stop was supposed to be one of three bars, except we ended up at a bar that was not one of those three. Max bar, our contact there was super nice but the bar is very small. Music was pretty good, but there is no where to dance. This place is the only place where our free shot didn't taste like medicine. The last stop is the only one that is actually reflective of what you would think this bar crawl would be. It has a few levels, filled with dance music and has plenty of room. The best part about VIP bachelorette was our contact Emily. She answered any questions we had, kept us up to date and was accomodating. If you haven't experienced downtown..give this a whirl...if you have been to any bars downtown go where you know and stay on Rush & Divison where the action is. read more

Our bridal party paid $100 which included a Limo and "express" no cover charge entry for "Pink Monkey" "SkyBar" and club "Vertigo" if you opt. no Limo and rather Cab it, the "Express" entry was only $35. I live in the city so I only paid $35 for the "Hassle" free "Express"entry. Long story short Every Club I arrived at hassled me about Not being on a "List" They said I was not included and they would have to call "Vip's" so see if I paid the "$35" or interrupt the bride and escort me to the table which or course took 15 minutes at each club to find the bride with the bouncer escorting me to ensure I was really part of the bridal party. I called the very UNPROFESSIONAL Business Entrepreneur "Angela B." owner of VIP's and she said since I was able to convince the bouncer I was part of the bridal party after 15 minutes and "get in" the $35 charge was just and I will not be offered a refund. The only reason why this company is getting one star is because I can't give it zero stars. This company is the worse!! I booked the pink limo back on March 11, 2015 for a July 11, 2015 (4 months in advance) for a five hour rental for my niece's sweet 16th birthday outing. Everything was confirmed. Well today, July 6th, at 1:00p.m. six days away from the birthday outing I got a call from a representative from this company claiming that they overbooked and just realized this today less than a week from the party. This is horrible!! How can a company not realize that they booked the same vehicle for four months!! It isn't like I booked yesterday. The company further claimed that no other vehicles are available to substitute. A girl's sweet 16 only comes around once in a lifetime and this company has ruined it. In addition to her outing now being cancelled I have to call all the places the girls were scheduled to go try to get my deposit back from these places. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I am wondering if this limo was suddenly overbooked because I was using a LivingSocial deal (which they knew at the time of booking) but now have suddenly gotten a better offer. read more

Don't use them unless you want to be scammed. My friend booked a party bus through this company and received a call that week telling her that the party bus broke down and they had to rent another party bus through another vendor. That was not the problem. The issue was they charged us more than double what we originally agreed to pay because the other company was more expensive. If their bus breaks down, they should cover the costs for their company and not expect the consumers to pay more than double. The driver was friendly enough. They did give us complimentary tickets to a show but those did not cost nearly as much as they up-charged us. Overall, it was a waste of money (much more than we had anticipated). read more

My event took place on 7/25/2015 I was so excited when I found this company. I found them through Pintrest. I am not from Chicago and I wanted and effortless Bachelorette Party for my bride to be and group of 10. This is what the company is known for. After checking with their packages online and what they offered, I started contacting them in January to save my spot. At this time I was working with Claire who was a lot of help and seemed very excited to book my group. I booked the "Boats, Busses and Booze" package. This includes a 2 hour boat cruise, a shared party bus and a bar crawl. I signed my contract in February and made my $150 deposit for my reservation. On March 9th, I received an e-mail from Claire confirming my reservations for my boat size and time because they were switching systems. She confirmed my group of 10 and for 12:30-2:30 pm. On May 11, Claire e-mailed me to inform me she was switching departments and gave me the contact for my new planner- Emily. I received an e-mail from Emily on May 12 introducing herself and confirming that everything will still be the same. Fast forward to July 14th, the week before my event, I emailed Emily to confirm my reservations for 10 and my boat time. At this time, I was told that the boats are only 8 and 13 passenger and that I would have to pay to fill the spots because I only had 10 people. I was also told that the only time available for the cruise was 10:15 to 12:15, not the time I was promised twice. Apparently my reservation was never made. They also changed the original package to include brunch, never telling me or giving me the option to upgrade to this package. My party was interested in this upgrade, but it was too late to add it on being a week before my event. The next day I called and e-mailed Emily to ask about payment for this event since we were paying individually. 3 hours later, I received a defaulted reminder e-mail that my full payment was due the next day. I ended up speaking with the owner who let us have until Monday to pay and let us have the 13 person boat because all of this miscommunication. After my payment was received, they sent me the wrong itinerary which caused a bad phone call to them. Again, miscommunication The day of the event.. The boat cruise: After checking into the company we rented the boat from, I found out that we drive it ourselves and it's BYOB.. My concern is- what would have happened if I didn't look into this and we showed up drunk?( it is a bachelorette party) would they still trust us to drive this boat? Would they provide someone to drive us, or would they just turn us away? I signed away my life to be the one to drive the boat. I then found out that the boat was broken because the group before us crashed the propeller. I then proceeded to be lectured by the owner of this rental company on how careful I needed to be, the boat will pull and if anything happens it's my fault. The boat being broken was not my problem, yet I still had to be responsible for it and deal with it being broken. They never gave us another option or apologized. The view on the river was GORGEOUS! This was my favorite part. I myself never had driven a boat had a tough time between the pulling of the broken boat to weaving around the double decker tour boats. By the end, i had blisters on my hands. As a group, we decided to skip the preparty at the Estate Lounge since we were running late from dinner. I texted my coordinator (Lorelei) to inform her we would meet them at Lite Night. Lite night was cool, the bouncers looked at our itinerary and told us the other bars on our list were not that interesting. Upon seeing the other groups of girls, it seemed almost like. Bachelorette competition- like who had the best group. Everyone had the same leis/beads and the basic all black except the bride outfits. That's was odd. When our time was up at Lite Night, I went to check in with the coordinator to load on the bus. First of all, she didn't have my party down on her list. She then proceeded to ask me to wait to drop off everyone else and they would come back in 30 min to get us. It turns out someone barfed in the 2nd bus, again not my problem. I refused to wait since we missed the first bar and loaded the bus. After being on the bus for 30 min, we realized we only went around the block. The driver went the wrong way. We told them to pull over for us to get out. we would have been stuck on there for another hour and without alcohol. All 4 parties got off the bus as well and left. It was cleared. We never made it to another bar on our itinerary. I texted my planner for the evening who was unresponsive. I then texted Emily who was disappointed by what happened. She tried to get us to another bar an hour later, but it was too late. My bride to be was so upset with the night. We basically paid 1,000 for a broken boat and a free shot. I contacted VIP Bachelorette because of the reviews here. I thought that they would be a great place to plan my friend's bachelorette party. I called to see if I could get some questions answered about a package I was interested in. The person on the phone did answer some of the questions but there were some questions that a planner would be more fitted to answer, she informed me. She said that the event coordinators and hosts were in a meeting but they would contact me back to answer my questions. I didn't get a call or email back so I called again thinking that maybe she got my information wrong and I left a message It has been over a month and I have yet to receive a phone call back. I was really interested in working with them previously but after no contact from this company, I will not be recommending them or working with them. I think that is just horrible customer service. On their website they say they have a high volume of customers, and that is understandable, but not at least acknowledging someone who wanted to pay for your services is just rude. read more

I dont usually like to complain but i feel like i got ripped off. Recently my freind had a bachelorette party and booked it through VIP bachelorette. Myself along with a couple other ladies paid 35 dollars for the "express VIP entry" for three clubs. When we arrived at the first club we were not on the list, we thought that it was a mistake so we explained the situation to the boucer. He must had felt sorry for us and let us in free of charage. The next club we arrived at didnt even have a list. The bouncer was not even aware of this company.Overall, it was an extreemly confusing and frustrating night. No service was provided for the money that we spent. If you are hoping for a relaxing hassel free night DO NOT plan a party through VIP Bachelorett. read more

Was a little unorganized. First bus smelled like puke right when we got on. Then at the show (what we all really wanted to do) they said we would get assigned seating in the first three rows which turned out to be half our party had to stand and the other half could sit in the back behind a giant pole so you couldn't even see the show. Clubs were good afterwards just wished it was what I was expecting. Also thought the bus was just for us but it was for about 30 other bachelorette parties as well read more

If you are looking to rent an upscale party bus for a special night out this is the company to go through! I arranged one for me and my friends for New Years Eve and could not have been happier. Angela was wonderful and made planning my night quick and easy! The interior of the bus was clean and luxurious. VIP Bachelorette and all their staff especially Joe our driver made it a fun and memorable evening. Not to mention they arrived on time to pick us up and were there waiting for us at the end of the night. My experience with VIP Bachelorette was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. THE WORST EVER!! First they changed our pink limo to a limo coach 3 days before event due to "mechanical problems." The limo coach arrives on the hottest night of the year with no air conditioning. Forget about the emergency numbers and text services, NO ONE RESPONDED. The driver couldn't reach his emergency contact either. RUINED OUR ENTIRE EVENING. Not worth any discounts offered through Living Social. This company is not reputable in my opinion. read more
