First of all, when I walked in, I wasn't greeted at all. The employee was busy on her phone, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, she implied that I was being deceptive about whether or not the toy had been opened, even though I had the receipt and there was no damage or visible signs of wear on the toy. She made me feel like I was lying about the condition of the item, which was completely uncalled for. The stores return policy states that the item must be in "original packaging and re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase". Although, the toy met those conditions and I had the receipt , she still refused the return suggesting that it was not in re-sellable condition. She also accused me, more than once, of buying the item at a different store (even though the receipt had that store and location on it) I was absolutely flabbergasted by how I was treated. The way the clerk spoke to me was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. It's a shame because it is a nice establishment, but after this experience, I will never be going back. Stay away unless you want to deal with rude employees and a poor management!

That customer service is unheard of at other stores. I've communicated with this store for specific items that I was looking for and when COVID restrictions were in place, they delivered items to my house! This store really goes above and beyond for customer service. The free gift wrap, birthday boxes, and always having the latest in greatest in toys and educational items in a welcoming store, make this store a real gem!

Being that this one is newer and was in the space of a former CVS, it's large, modern and super vast! Definitely one of the best Paper Store locations I have been to in terms of inventory. I shop here mostly during the holiday season, because they have just so many options, and even with the higher-than-average prices, it's worth finding things you won't be able to find elsewhere without ordering online (which I am highly against). Currently, they have lots of 30% off coupons, and the catalogs are always appealing. Here, the Hallmark Card variety is outstanding and the staff are friendly and keep a warm, happy, and calm attitude to the store. Not wanting to return to that location again, I stopped into the Framingham location while in the area. I don't know her name but the woman who did my return had a greenish blue tint in her hair and she was very sweet. I thought to check the Easter clearance before leaving and found 2 of the 3 items I actually did need, so I purchased those and hopefully I can find another next year. Did you know that 80% of the people who wear bras wear the wrong size? The woman who helped me and sized me and found me the perfect size and style, Diana, is AMAZING! I had no idea how off my size was and she fitted me with the proper size. When I tell you I felt like a new woman, I am not exaggerating. My tops looked instantly better, I got almost an inch of lift, and my posture was much better. It was a total game changer, and now I will be going every year to get sized and to purchase bras there. The prices for the bras are a bit $, but they are worth it. I will no longer buy cheap, ill-fitting bras after this experience. Diana was saying it is a good idea to get fit each year because your size can change over the years. She mentioned a year is a good rule of thumb because bras will start to wear as you wear them and wash them. She gave me proper instructions for washing and care. They have so many things from snacks & drinks to décor. The variety of their snacks is  top tier! There are foods and condiments from all over the world!
